True! And, also - the younger and more experienced players will only gain experience by working at their accounts - not getting everything handed to thema on a plate.

i was more reffering to the point that co's could get more uu bonus in exchange for more naq given to off's
and i already said that i changed my mind that 50% should be the cap and not 100%.

I still think it doesn't need to change at all (or, if it does - up to 40% at the most) because as the game progresses you should continually start to earn more and more naq anyway, therefore contributing more and more to your officers.

Individual pay awards is the answer - tied in with Sleip's idea that the Colonel/First Prime etc gets an additional bonus. That way you can reward those who invest in their UP (or any other stat).

i get what you mean but that's partially the same point i want to make.
when i get like 1 mil miners. i only give 30% to my offs. maybe i'd rather have 50% less but the extra uu's. (and imagine i don't want to invest horendous sums of naq into up since i'll ascend within 2 weeks)

Those decisions whether to invest in your UP/other stats because you will soom ascend is what makes the game interesting. By going one way, you will save in the short term, but going the other way is better in the long term - it is up to the individual to decide what is best for him/her.

i hav a simple fix for this why not make the highest 90% cus 100% is useless to the officer and the commander as stated by every one before me :-)

90% is far too high...50% would be good though. :P

The system is balanced as it is, all of this "lets change it like chaos" and stuff, keeps on opening up huge opportunity to exploit the system, this new update would have to be extremely closely policed, and who could possibly do that much policing?
