maybe an add:

also the best is to make this type of fleets tottaly simple..

well if you have mothership ha'tak fleets, you can attack or defend with fleet..

if you defeat a fleet in attacking / raiding or defending urself, you get 5-10% of the hatak fleet strength bonus to ground troops.

except for the mothership itself, that can give 100% from the volleys / shields, that they do already

would be also cool that you need to give about 250 untrained units for each Ha'tak or so... (+ about 75 mio naquadah for each ha'tak, cause they will be powerful too

)

This isnt a MS fleet idea... This is buildings fleets that arent stored in a MS!! I like ideas though.

not like that mothership fleet, not meaned stored in mothership, but at mothership, like anubis's / apofis's fleet or so..

I know what you mean.

I think it would be better if it would be more likely "mothership" fleet cause else it's the same as in chaos gate wars.. some funny ships for strike and defence..

But allow the building of fleets!! Now that would be cool. Every MS should holds 1k troops, or at least the Ha'taks sould. So it can be used for attacks. So it makes defenses stronger, and attacking weeker unless you got a fleet. If i had 28k attackers, and 5 MS's including my super one. Than i sould only be able to send 5k troops, plus 1k from the stargate. Also if a MS is destroyed you sould lose 1k of your troops right there. Its not practical that an entire army can fit through "1" small stargate, and if you got a commander his fleet would defend his officers automaticly so you gota fight there commanders fleet aswell. (another reason for people to seek commanders). And officers bring there fleets to defend aswell. Now thats realistic, I mean if your someones ally, wouldnt you send at least 50% of your fleet to help them?

I mean I get tired of hearing some of my friends saying they cant help me fight someone because my enemy in GA or smothing, and my friends are to. So if he wanted to help me, he would send there fleet to defend me. Thus stopping a attack from someone.

Massing would be harder, Your troops half to land on the planet to even attack it. Or they can siege it from the sky. But then you still would half to fight the enemy fleet. Who agrees with me on that?

This idea is just a though really. I wanted to see what everyone thinks. Thats not the exact part of the idea though!! Just a rough idea of it

So people would only get things that destroy motherships & we would loose uber loads of troops while attacking.. ?

No ill give an example

If i owned 10 Ha'taks and you owned 2. I would at least destroy 1. So you lost 1k troops... Now also there will be a factor of whos weapons and shields are higher. Theses wouldnt be like a regular MS's but like the way it is on Atlantian wars.

Another exapmle if i had like 10 ha'taks and you had 2 ha'taks who do you think would win? And there weapon levels are 0 and shields levels are 0. I would think my 10 ships would completly destroy yours dont you think? or we can have it sorta based the way weapons are. They take dmg from every strike or attack on you. But you can only repaire them if you land them for 24 hours. So you can repaire them with your naq but they stay landed for 24 hours. As a balancing concept. So it makes massing people a bit harder, unless you know exactly what your doing. It adds more to the game. I think it would make it completly funner. And the main reason that would happen is this. If i destroyed a ha'tak(on the show it says they carry 1k jaffa) then i think your 1k troops inside the ha'tak would be destroyed with the ship.

I'm for it but HEY THE LAST IDEA ABOUT LANDING ON PLANETS WAS MINE :!:

AS THE IDEAS TO HAVE SUPER UNITS AND TO BUY MORE MOTHERSHIPS WERE MINE ONLY I WROTE THAT YOU WOULD HAVE SUPER UNITS ON CARGO SHIPS :!:
