Actually I can tell you for a fact that it is higher than 2.5 Tril for covert and anti combined which is what rank for those stats are counted by.

I wouldn't get stuck on that number people. That's what you'd call a maintainable Covert/Anti Action. I only had 26 with a small army size and I made 2nd for quite a while with 1.6 trillion Covert. With people running around with level 29 and 50 million+ army sizes you're looking at one person having more power then the current top alliances.
Mind you these said people are current apart of the top two alliances
But other then boosting Alliance power that much covert action is rather superfluous thus the UU of the larger accounts better spend their time wielding pick axes looking for Naq.

The Highest Covert level in the game is held by an ostracised account. I think it's the following player but I can't be sure

From what I remember from what was posted on the forums some time ago that ostracised account had covert level 33 or 35.
Now whay do you think this account was ostracised ?

I think in 2x15AT attacks and 3x1AT attacks I killed like 31k spies
How the heck can I kill his spies?
Spy me to see how strange it is...not that my anticovert power is crap, but just a very good one, but surprized my anti covert level 26 can touch his lvl 33 or whatever
And Leprechaun_88 had also lvl 31 I think

ah the ostracized is lvl 27? That would explain how my AC lvl 26 can touch him. And Leprechaun_88 had lvl 31...

What is it? 4.9tril? 6tril?
