ostracized only...damn...they got nothing!
attack inactives...(look at their turn amount and small army size...that often tells you if they are inactive),....they have more than ostracized accounts..

and what's so bad about being massed....just call in your friends and then they are dead!

or you could just wait...rebuild then knock the stuffing out of them yourself...I prefer that...much more satisfying...

ahh yes, being massed, is kinda fun, coz you always come back stronger with hate in your heart and revenge in your mind.

if ya need a commander m8, you can make me one, il help you out but then people like starry, would give you ALOT more of an income than i could curse you big people :p

but get some spys, spy on some people around the 10,000 almost all of them are inactive, and if you spy on one and he has over 40k units just sittin der raid 10k off him :p

then just whack those on mining and you get a higher income then
