Well it wasn't my intesion to have them delete themselves actually. But I wanted my revenge - they bullied me when I was smaller then them. And couldn't handle me fighting back and getting my revenge.

But there are simply cases where players should be sat on till they delete. Not the typical enemy though. You simply want a nice war with them and then it's over. And I don't know, perhaps you remember, when EtL did it to Nebulator I was not old here. But man was I glad they did it.

Me and my former arch enemy in this game are actually fine mates today. And we were at times sitting on each other accounts lol.

I think going out of your way to make someone delete their account is disgusting and ive pulled players up on it who have said it. If they have cheated or scammed then fair enough they don’t deserve to play but who am I/you to decide that a player can no longer play the game just because he attack/massed me/you. I’m not going to lie if you do attack me I will make you life your gaming life a living hell but if I thought you would delete your account over it I would back off.

i say im gonna sit on peoples account but have never done, i feel if you apply a little pressure you can get an appology out of someone who was not thinking correctly ya know, but making some delete because of it nah not my thing and it should be stamped out thats how thing go from great and slide right downhill, like profitteroles said

Making someone to delete his acount...no it is not discusting...it is utterly STUPID...it is a game not RL....first of all mark that... secondly...you are pathetic if you have time to do that kind of thing...it is the reason ppl call the likes of us by nicknames g33k....it is not that we spend hours playing this game...but hours for meaningless things..

You missed my point i think is disgusting behavior that some ppl think they have to right to stop someone from playing just becuase they dont like what they did or do

Its a shame i can think of several ppl that would do this...

Killing an account is one thing but wanting to make someone quit is another.

you wont have to look far in the Colosseum to see people use this as a threat. I've recived it in PM.

I do hope not everyone mean it like that - cause wanting to get someone to delete their accounts over like a naq attack or raiding isn't very nice.

Multies, scammers, bullies etc deserve to be sat on though.

when i said that i have never sat on someones account, that does not make me a liar i would do it if i wanted to, i try and resolve things with out having to destroy some and yea profitteroles i do know what you mean, if some wants to play the game who are we to try and make them stop because we have a grudge with them.

I have never used this threat, and i never will. I have a RL friend that plays, and since his account has gained some power, he uses this threat alot for the smallest offense. Its just wrong IMHO.

I would have to say that I agree with the majority of this thread....

But let me give you an example.
A good friend ingame had his GF playing also. 120k army size, ect. She started receiving threats from someone with 1mil army size prior. She ignored them. He started sending horribly vulgar things about what he was going to do with her. My friend notified me of this. I sent a PM to this guy saying that I was going to sit on his account forever UNLESS he 100% apologized and then never talked to her again.. I proceeded to mass him, AC him, and sabb him.... I checked on him 2 hours later... he had deleted. In this particular case unless he would have done somthing drastic, I would have sat on him until he deleted; and I believe that what I did was right. The only other cases that making someone delete I can see would be scammers or multi's

Yeh but ppl will do it coz they think its "cool" and we all know who would.

agreed, there are always exceptions as mentioned earlier; cheaters and disgusting PM's

Any players who abuse the game and forum in this manner should be permanently banned and IP blocked. In addition, if serious enough, I would expect that the mods could also contact the ISP of the person involved.

I support you there. Like I've said before, some people deserve it. I know it sounds mean to do it - but you did the right thing IMO. We don't knew players like that in this game.
