Would be nice to know a better date than spring, because depending on school holidays and yes I am 17

Spring may be difficult for me - but should be able to attend the later one (as long as it's after May when I change jobs!).

Yea sooner rather than later, i know from past events like this they start to run later and later, like you'll say spring and it'll be October before we get there , so before May would be great seeing as im planning to move to Dublin later this year.

So Squishie - which part of the Uk - I travelled up the East Coast to Aberdeen - will have to come back for the west coast.

and as for liverpool as venue, thats great many will say london but thats not in the middle and liverpool is a great night out..

i say get this done for like February/March just set a date in stone get sum number togetjor and plan da mayhem

Avast, We will pencil it in at early march, and see how many can make it then, The one after that will Probally be in the Summer. We can Make it a 4 day a year thing, if your lucky enough to make me organise it...And if this organisation is anything like my account your in for a very rough ride.

J.S: Im going to see if the place is mine the entire night (which is why its difficult to get a venue) So everyone Can crawl into a corner and die when they wish. It will probally be a job of "everyone out by 11am the next day" .

Americans : You are very welcome, i believe if you can get a group of around 10 or 15 you might be able to squeeze a discount out of the airline you go with, although haveing never done it myself i wouldnt have a clue where to start, so im afraid on that front youl have to take a head count on who would be willing to spend a few $ , and then do some ringing around.

this is in the middle of the country so ideal for all..

im well up north but will travel the 2 hours needed to get to liverpool no problem, if its in ireland u will get alot less oppl going although we all know ireland is fun, so is liverpool that much i can assure u guys,...

Note : Probally wont be in the centre of liverpool, as haveing looked at prices so far, i cant stretch to these places, Most of them are "conference things" And daily, So it may Involve me meeting you all at a set place in liverpool, I.e. The train station, and then Us all Ammasseing a train (Possibly coach...still works out cheaper) And Mooching a few miles down the road to somewhere that will be able to cator for our needs....Ive got one place calling me back in a little bit about avaliability...About 3 train stops from liverpool central, would anyone have a problem with paying the £3 train fair, if its a problem i can probely cover a few of you. Obviously if we are doing this i will give you all my mobile number, If you end up needing it you can call me completely Anonomously with caller ID not showing and i will not be the slightest offended, simply say "buck we are at the trainstation but we cant find you" and il probally say "what can you see? uhu, walk back 3 places im stood behind you.."

I would probably have come along if I wasn't already penciled in for another thing in Manchester and Blackpool the weekend before and since I live in Central Eastern Scotland its a bit far for me to go both weekends.

Besides I will still be recovering from my meet the week before <grin>

Buck, why insetad of hosting a centre to keep us all in, why dont we just meet at one of your local pubs, and move onto differant pubs n clubs threwout the night.

keeps the organising down and costs, and will be alot easier in the long run, i know clubs open till 6 or 8... in liverpool.. so no crying about nowhere to sleep, and hell worst comes to worst the guys that earn some cahs out of us can pay for 1 room in a hotel and we can just crash there on floor or radiator whatever takes ya fancy.

what ya think buck, you think a meeting ground is better, your idea rocks, just depends how many ppl will go having a big hall and 15 ppl turn up is ok but you know what i mean.

you could also ask for contributuins to help fund this, i would be willing to donate 20 quid to help pay for the room or the hall or whatever

Well mate, the problem with pubs and clubs is, firstly, if we get over 20 people it would be hassle to keep them all together, i dont want to have to be looking for people, secondly that would limit the people that would be able to come...As for the hall and stuff, the only thing that il need help with should be the purchaseing of....ermm...supplies...Haveing not much spending power... You lot just get yourselfs here . The hall i have in question is able to hold 110 people of its insurance, if that isnt enough ive got one lined up also that holds 200 on its insurance, its all about insurance...anyway, I like your idea barb, and i would be well up for a pub Crawl, but i think the first uber meet should be at some sort of organised premises.

Been speaking to buck and providing I can swap my work shift I'll be there also.
