Well, from my observations, as 'unascended' Rep's get max (8 rank, Asgards get 3, & I can only guess the '+atk/+naq' gain 5. I may be wong on ze last two. But I'm certain on Reps=max & Asgard=3, having implimented ze change of tech w/ ze 'make own race' update. Thanks for helping me as well.
