when i ascended i send 1m UU and 1% or something ran away , else there is nothing to worry about, lifer dosen't worth anything while uu worth 600m per K

i dont think using drones and clones to increase your attack is all that good. im buying mostly mercs when i get a chance of course i don't get too many usually on a dead night at 1 am when i can get about 10k a turn cause no one else in their right mind is on. lol oh yes and you wont lose attack clones if your not attacking people if you just want to sit around and wait the 21 days i think it is to earn GandR and not attack people having twice as many drones as compared to clones and being able to untrain them would be fine. i dont think you can lose attack units unless your attacking someone.

its a good idea not to provoke too many people, but by the same token, u NEED t stockpile, and with the new bank rule, its very important not to provock people.

as for stats, depends if u got naq or uu, i mean, ms is one way, but naq heavy, and u cant get anythig back from it (excluding fleets).

15bil defence
10bil covert
8bil ms,

should be plenty
