I think ex-players need to look at their motivations and realize they dont have any ingame clout anymore (unless they call in friends who still play) and should be there to provide advice or comment impartially.

The worst is the ex-player who tries to imflame situations, they dont have an account to go to war with so they try to make others war....I am sure these people are quickly ignored.

I think some explayers realize they have nothing to be destroyed anymore and take that as a licence to be an idiot on the forum and spoil others enjoyment of the game and thats just not acceptable

Explayers can still add to the community but they need to take more of a backseat advisor role rather that try to 'drive the SGW bus'

So it stands at:

Their opinions are worthless. is at 34% (I think we can take this to mean that they are not welcome to comment on the forums unless they stop posting inflamatory things about stuff which has nothing to do with them, and that basically includes anything game related, if they want to make constructive or objective comments then thats fine.)

They should be treated the same as any other player. is at 39% (I think we can take this to mean that they should be treated like any other player)

They have a more unbiased view than people playing. is at 3% (I think we can take this to mean two of them voted for this option .)

They should be convinced to get another acocunt so that I can mass them! is at 22% (I think we can take this to mean that if they don't want to play the game and they still want to cause trouble, they should leave the forums as they are not welcome.)

So to summarise:

34% = leave the forums unless they can post contructively and objectively
39% = stay
3% = no real indication of anything (not enough votes)
22% = get an account or leave

Now I want to make it clear that this is not aimed at ex players who come on the forums and get involved in debates where they take a specific side, and if people have voted on that basis then I'm wholly ashamed of the results. This is aimed at those who feel the need to stir up and anger and trouble, without have a worthy point of reference from which their opion is formed (i.e playing the game.) I will not bother to define this any further, I'm sure everyone knows what whats meant by it. And those people who don't like this thread.... Perhaps you should think about why I made it.

They must be ignored, they are controversial and controversial things are scary for us small and absent minded individuals!

agreed because intend to leave GW in your past leave forums their aswel it just creates unnecessary trouble for other people.

i think its ignorant to say that old players who dont play the game anymore dont belong here. Every country remembers there old leaders in stories, monuments, pictures, etc. Judges and authorities often reference there writings for help in decisions with laws and such. is it really any different for old players to come and post? Old Players were founding players of the game and though they may not all have been huge players they still influenced how the game went for newer players like myself and deserve the ability to post on a forum as anyone else.

some of us just love the drama that u all create, have a contection to people here (both in game and from meeting in real life)

som are just on vac mode, not wanting to be brother with the banking and button pushing and all that

and yes, some just like twicking a noose here and there, as a reality ck for those who think that all this really matters lol

in the end though, it's a public fourm, we are all alowed to be here, so stop complaining if u are forced to think and type yout disapproval of an person, and can't act out on the server about it

I personally believe the forum should be linked directly to the game, thus for certain areas of the forum, GC and for admin section, should be limited to only people who play the game, everyone else can read, but not input.

You should not have a say on events that do not concern you, if you do not have an ingame account.

But then there's nothing stopping people from creating an account and let it rot so that they can access the forums and have their say.

Lets see, i am not an ex player, and i believe the 2 people in that thread are not ex players, this topic is about EX PLAYERS who dont have a game account, DID YOU CATCH THAT. Ok then.

Also i believe the member in discussion is an OE member, i am an OE member, and the person crying about being hit, claimed that said OE member couldnt do it alone, then ran to Vac mode,

So back in your corner fool.
