SR, this situation is of your own making. You made a mistake and then came to us hollering about how you had been scammed. DDII and OSL both get into a war with several other alliances, one of the main reasons for which is you jumping up and down screaming "scam" the entire time. Come to find out that it wasn't pepl scamming you, it was you unable to use the broker....

Ok, a simple mistake and one that's understandable. Of course by this time pepls lost some 6 million UU do to massings (gives a nod to DDII for their fine work) and everything has gotten out of your control.

Ok, this is still workable. 5 RP and OSL come to a ceasefire (yes, OSL bowed out before Rylan made any deal to end the war at large, largely because our tac.com. was AWOL the entire conflict). We reopen lines of negotiation....

Only to find out that you had made a deal with the very people YOU asked us to go to war with to back you up so that YOU wouldn't be attacked. I ask you to find a single decent alliance in this game that would tolerate THAT! And yet we were STILL willing to try to work with you. We asked you to post a letter in our forums apologizing to our bothers and allies for your mistake, and to help with the recovery. Neither was forthcoming.

Rylan, having concluded that the war was essentially your screw-up under our watch, offered to settle the war with restitution. He asked YOU to pay half. You have adamently refused to acceed to any sort of payment, even when we have TRIED to work with you (heck, Rylan offered you a payment schedule so that you could keep playing without taking a huge loss of troops).

You embroiled us in war on false pretenses: we didn't kick you out
You failed to help in the war: we didn't kick you out
You made deals with our enemy: we STILL didn't kick you out
You failed to help in the rebuild: and yet we still tried to work with you
You have not upheld a single promise and have refused to take responsability for your actions, even those that have cost us dearly. The ONLY thing we have gotten out of you are idle threats and promises of you sitting on OSL while you sit on vac mode.

Any other alliance would have massed your account and sat on it for any of those reasons. Heck, we have still given you a way out, you just refuse to take it. You act as if we are somehow being unreasonable. OSL payed for your screw-up, Rylan will pay more, and you act as if you should be able to skate away without a scratch.

You do not exist in a vacuum, everything you do has consequences. It is you, not us, that have brought you to your current position. And it is you that can extract yourself from them.

1. pepl was massed before any real negotiations were made.
2. i was negotiating the situation with pepl when war was declared. i had no say in it.
3. no one specifically asked me for resources. i offered to take sum1 under my wing and help but i got no response.
4. who are u to critisize my personality? haha.

I didnt do any of that and i still got kicked out... So what makes me think your not just lieing to us.... (idk the truth still figureing it out) I said 1 phrase and what happens KICKED. Something isnt right with that picture!!

Wow thats alot of stuff to read in short this guy couldn't be trusted and deserved to be massed to leave. I see.

Off Topic- I found a pic of what his mothership probley looked like after being massed.

DA, I can't comment on you because I don't know the particulars of your case. All I heard about it was that you were leaving, and Rylan telling us NOT to go after you, that it was in essence an "honorable discharge" iirc. If something was said between you and Rylan that led to your leaving, I have no knowledge of it nor can I intelligently or insightfully comment on it.

And Storm Rider, you tried negotiations and they didn't work. You told Bastion to mass Pepl and that you'd pay him for it. Anyways, this is history. It's in the past and has been worked out. So please, quit the game and lock this.

:/ Jedi dont tell people to quit just because you dont want to post... Just dont post, if you dont care about the post then move on. There was nothing honorable about me being kicked. He only did that because i helped that alliance alot... Now Storm is asking yall for help, and everyone is looking away... I mean if you were in his situation how would you feel if EVERYONE is turning there backs? Only one defending him atm is me, and sorry if i dont know who but it doesnt look like anyone is behind him but me and maby a few of my friends.

there is no part in his beginning post asking to post. All he talks about is quitting and his reason why. Thus there really is no argument here except as to which section it should be in. Everything has been worked out.

Also if someone would post the whole entire story, event, with msn convo's, etc you'd understand why 3 alliances I know off of the top of my head want to mass him. I'm busy raiding plus I'm lazy.
