I'm sorry but this discussion doesn't make sense whatsoever and I also don't see how this needs to be posted in public. If Pianomutt didn't pay, that's a thing between him and Juan and if Juan never complained or reported Pianomutt as a scammer, he obviously doesn't have any issues with it... so I don't see why Corkscrew would have issues with Reaper now...

But maybe that's just my blonde logic again...

To begin with, why didn't JUAN contact Reaperman?

Why has this been brought up now but not sooner? Juan should then cotact bill about this, if Bill owes Juan some cash then talk to Bill.

This makes me laugh lol.

Emma said she was wrong, i am no law expert however i do know my way around and im sure i to am not 100% right. laws are different in different countries and unless SGW changed dramatically in the last hour alot of people from different countries come here and so discussing this further is pretty pointless.

IF Bill didnt pay JUAN, which i doubt, its JUANs problem as he did not take (enough) action to ensure he recived his payment. Cork has no right to mass reaper over this as none of it is reapermans fault and he should not be held resposible for anything bill may or may not have done.

however we dont really have the right to tell cork what he can and cant to if its not breaking rules, but i can say i think its wrong to sit on reaper for buying an account bill may have failed to pay JUAN for 6 months prior.

This absolutely sucks! Why does MSN wipe out your logs when you upgrade!

Anyway, I had a nice discussion with bill over this issue when he bought the account, as it was in bad standing with omega when bill bought it.

To sum up the discussion... Bill bought the account from Juan and agreed to pay cash for it. He said that he was being allowed to pay for the account after he got back from iraq. He also told me that he planned on selling the account before then and just paying juan the amount he bought it for and pocketing the extra cash that he sold it for. It doesn't surprise me that he pocketed it all and has broken his word to juan, and left reaperman out in the cold. I guess this is the lesson for you all that buy and sell accounts... Ask for the money Up front!

As for Bill... perhaps he is a liar and thief, however, the reason why no one ever massed him was because he was great at wheeling and dealing, in CoP, and in the Military.

If this is true then JUAN made a big mistake. Sucks but such is life.

It's sad to hear that people expect Reaperman to pay for Bill's debt on the "black market"

JUAN should have sold it to someone else. Someone who was ready to pay it right away and finish the deal.

If bill didnt pay up it has nothing to do with reaperman, therefor the person who should be contacted, should be bill. You should perhaps bill bill? Anyway, reaperman did not know any of this when the account was brought so, quite frankly, it sounds like a load of nonsense and anyone with half a brain can work out someone is being a wind up merchent , or if thats not the case juan or corky need to contact bill, for not paying his debts, not reaperman, or if the idea is just to mass reaperman , then thats also a possibility, though if that was the idea there would be no need to make up excuses youd just mass him....

Bill was allowed by JUAN to pay for it AFTER he returned from Iraq, he also said he would sell the account BEFORE he left for Iraq and pay JUAN back and pocket the difference.

So before he left he sold it and since JUAN allowed him to only pay him AFTER he came back from Iraq and the fact stated elsewhere in this topic that Cork likes to "mix things up", I see no fault of Bill's here.

He has been allowed an extension until AFTER he is back from Iraq, not paying JUAN as he claimed on msn to one of his friends makes no difference to the original agreement he had with JUAN.

i remember some talk about payment troubel but thats completly between bill and Juan and ages ago

I think its more of an missunderstanding since there is no way bill would "scam" somebody.

The present owner has nothing to do with it.

But if there is only a reason needed to mass,

well obviously bill messed up the deal becuase if theres an issue now, theres something that wasnt rectified. If there had been a deal for him to pay after he returned and he hasnt returned yet, i dont beleive there should be any problem here.

This is not reaperman's problem, its bills..in no way shape or form can reaper be held accountable for a theft he had no knowledge of, and one that happened 6 Months ago! and is just now being brought up, also several weeks AFTER reaper acquired the account(also several weeks after the enormous strike was sold)

We just established that there was a deal for him to pay AFTER he returns, he is still in Iraq hence there is no problem.

George Bush is a good man. It is politics that have made him a silly person.

I still rather vote for Putin, but that's a personal opinion.
