You just earned yourself 100k UU for that comment (because I think its true lol)

PM me with your broker ID :)

time is valuable not many ppl will sit in front of a comp and go raid for hours....its easier for them to whine about it then to go raid...as for me not my problem

over 100mil army is like 2k per turn (if ive heared correctly) thats only 96000 UU per day now someone of that size should be able to get a 300kup and still grow till i think its 150mil uu before needing a higher one not impossible to grow just making you work harder, especially than the noobs will in a years time haha fair eh. (sarcasm)

as for the prices sky rocketing yes they would but then n00bs and middle players lose, all the bigger players would be paying heaps the noobs would be selling UU and never buying and the middle players have no need to sell but cant keep up with the big players all in all there are reason for such things with thought (apart from whining that just st00pid)

as for raiding it keeps hard work paying off but if you wanted it to be more like the old days (UP reliant) then maybe drop the cap abit more to say 25 - 30 mil hell id say 10 - 15mil that makes you a smaller "big" player then from there its all about skill and knowledge. and i say this having only a 7 mil army size so im not even a medium player IMO.

"it'll make the big players better"
"big players will take it all" (whatever 'it' is)
"we need to limit the big players though"

Is it because alot of big players are in CoP?

I do not consider myself as "a bigger player", but those who are there deserve to be there. The growth curve is AMAZING compaired to what it was a year ago.. yep ppl still complain, whine, and moan. Why is this? If you played a game a year longer than those who haven't played for very long, OF COURSE you're not going to be as powerful! DUH!

All I see this as a game about limits. (100mil army cap, plague, now ascended UP cap)

I welcome you to... SGW! The game of limits! Where when you become big, your power to grow is taken away!

Laura

I guess its just a comparison. Its "easier" to grow when you already have a decent army size for far less effort (big UP, UP planets, buying uu directly before you reach 50 mil). I.e. you don't have to work for that growth, which will annoy "new" people who do work for it. You raid 1 million uu in a day, and someone does the same for doing jack all, through UP and buying uu from the market. That's one reason why people whine. If you don't raid, and still whine, then STHU :P

I don't doubt CoP being "big" has something to do with it. I'd imagine lots of people are annoyed with the stagnation at the top with the top 3 alliances allied to each other, and it will inevitably comes out as a whining about the easier growth.

And the caps are there to give people who are no where near the caps (i.e. small players), but have the activity to do something about it, a reason to keep playing and be active. Anyway, its not likely all your income dissappears when you get to 100 mil, you can then help build other people up.

Imo, its not a problem with the game and limits, its a problem with the attitude of the community/alliances. Need to start warring for strategic reasons, to improve there position (rank/power), and keep coalitions and blocks fluid... Anything to bring political manipulation into wars so that the most powerful don't always come out on top...
