Look, we actualy got informed sva command center says

good thing ppl arround here know the point and meaning of vacatio legis
and SVA, thats not a bug, they want it that way mate
you realy must expand your knowlidge.. the difference between a intended feature and a bug is only in the way some ppl look at it ya know
ow and their opinions tend to change over the time / needs

Sorry mate, that is not a bug... I'm tired of getting this over and over again. So i will quote from the original Nox updat made last August:
"You only get protection if you subscribe to "Nox Insurance". Everyone knows the Nox do not like war - so they are willing to protect you by phasing out your realm after so many attacks on you.
They ONLY count attacks that are successful, and only while you are 'insured'.
They will also not get in the way if you are at war with the attacker."
Now I think an apology form at least Jason would be in order.

...The reason me setting up one was to express my unsatisfaction...with so many updates being brought in this game in midst of war without any warning...and to ask ppl what do they feel about them....it wasnt even directed at these updates...but in updates that come like these ones in general..if inspite everything I said you still think this topic is the dumbest ever...I apologize..was never my intention to bring a pointless topic into discussion...
