it is a valid question..if he was phased and STILL attacking you. he was exploiting...if not bugger off from this thread!

Lajh..if you bother to actually read this ..you would see there isnt a thing about haveing naq while phased you just cant attack or be attacked you can still collect NAQ and build while phased..and as you stated you were massing him and he phased ..not that he was attacking you while he was phased

I will start by saying that I am not condoning any cheating.

I spoke with stoney today about this. He did NOT know it was happening until he asked someone from EPA to phase him so he could repair. When __StRiDeR__ tried to phase him but could not stoney checked his nox insurance details and noted that he was ONE hit away from being phased but for some reasons nobody could hit him.

Someone from TF sent him 65 bil thinking he was phased when he wasnt and it got stolen because he WASNT phased.

Stoney is now being asked repeatedly why he isn't doing it again (I assume by those in CoP taunting him calling him a cheat though I am not clear on this and am obviously biased) and I will tell you for why, he doesn't know how it happened in the first place.

Now this has been reported and it will be investigated, is there any point going on about it?

A little too convenient for me, I messaged him on msn over half an hour before he got hit for the naq, he suddenly responded after he got hit for the naq, during the 30 plus minutes of me telling him he was still attacking...

It could be as convenient as very convenient person on a convenient day wearing his brand new convenient shoes, it doesn't matter, its up to forum.

Unless stoney is a total dunce, he would have realised long ago something was wrong. The right thing to do was to stop and report it on the forums..not carry on using the exploit.

Lajh phased me and I got 1 tril out and bought UP ...I was not attacking..
and never did attack Lajh .I was happy to be phased...Wow Lajh you
wasted a lot of turns massing my mercs as I repaired my weopons.

Jakey boy I dont think your on his list of people to pay attention to urgently when you IM him on MSN, perhaps thats why he took 30 minutes to respond.

My point, which was so conveniently overlooked was that this thread has served its purpose in that it has reported the problem, only gamemod/gameadmin/adminmark can now tell us for sure if there was any cheating going on, anything else is just conjecture.

hmm, I doubt stoney was cheating etc... However there may be a bug, I've noticed that when you descend someone/get descended it takes 1 turn for the change to register on the main server... well change the status. If you get phased out, you can unphase yourself by simply taking the nox off and putting it back on, is it possible that doing this keeps you phased from other players but shows you as unphased on your screen or something?

No, that unphases you and resets the damage meter

If I did not repair you would not of phased me.
I wanted to get phased all day so I could work on my UP and
thats why you saw the big Naq out after you phased me .. I was working on it.
Here is why you should have never posted I was cheating.
Its ok to have Naq out after being phased out ...THATS NOT A CHEAT.

The cheat that is being talked about is to be phased and attacking ..but no one can attack back.

I was phased but NOT attacking.

By the way Thank You!!! for Phasing me ..I know it cost you about 800 turns but it was well worth it to me.

Yes all you killed was 100% mercs ..I have 24 super solders left ...but I always have them.
