i just have one question to clarify things...

if you are in DUNE, you cannot attack COP or CIA, but can you attack people who arent in these coalitions? because i am thinking about joining but would still like to be able to raid in ascension as i have a couple non CIA and non COP targets

he was attacked anyway despite not having the Omega tag. He didn't go around asking for peace etc. So it's a different issue.

yes to your hearts content, just dont go over the top

as for main before anyone asks raiding np at all there r planety of targets out there with uu out, as for naq steals i would like that all to carry on as normal all of u should know by know whats over the top and whats fine, i always go by what there defence is, and what the should have out max, goes over it and i take it, goes over again in the same day i will take it again, but thats me u all can make your own minds up im not here to tell u not to do anything

just while this war/battle/farming which ever u want to choose there is be no attacking COP or CIA members from this alliance on main or ascension

as for u, u want to take little digs at someone do that else were if u even looked at what was put there that was for one day, which btw he was massed on anyway and he hadnt been in Omega for over the last week that i knew off which i c now has changed but was still attacking and beening attacked but if u want to reply to this send it in a pm as i dont want this filled with any more stuff from now on take your digs else were because it does not belong in here any more

I dont want to overstep my bounds I have one question. A certain player had 18 billion out and I could have gotten it but didn't . R naq hits allowed on naq being out in the open like that especially that much.

depends if u're hitting friends or foe...u gotta ask CoP for it (if CoP member had that much out), as it goes for CoP farming CIA and visa versa, hits for 1 tril (*hints* Cork *hints*) are allowed, hits for 1 mil are allowed, it's only YOU who will choose for how much YOU think it's proffitable...

as for this No, i have told everyone in the allaince not to hit CIA or COP members and they have all agreed, so i would like the same respect shown back to all members, if they wanted to farm the memebers in this war they would make more than 18bil in one turn, and so far it has been running very well i havent had complaints from either members in DUNE or anyone in the war, i would like to keep it this way

so far almost all the alliances leaders have told me if there was a problem to go straight to them and they would sort things for me, and i have said the same

u can look at it this way u hit them then they hit u every turn to get the naq back so in other words going back into the war when they have choose to stay out , thats y i havent had any problems so far because some r still rebuilding and people know they dont want anything more to do with it

Dune Alliance

I have offered this alliance to all sides for people to join for as long as they need.

untill a cease fire can be sorted.

smooshable has put a plan forward, it may need some changes but i am sure reasonable people can come to some agreement.

this would be a temporary arranement.

there can be no mistake if you are still attacked in this alliance & if you attack while in it you will be expelled.

It is your choice to join or not to.

Its just an idea that may help the process to go smoother

Fair enough i believe with this post but i also have 1 question. I am and have been neutral throughout this war so i can understand if i get hit that yeh according to this policy its ok, and I'm down with that. Problem is I was hit by a member of DUNE and when I hit him back he said something along the lines of I was being a vulture and that your not 'allowed' to hit any member of DUNE while they're there. Now I highly doubt this but would somebody mind clarifying that for me?
