When alliances like Omega etc came out people saw in an alliance you need a mix of people and accounts to get the best results.

That is why race wars died out.

You know what would be intresting? If Admin tried to bring role playing back. A lot of people are loosing intrest in the game. When I joined, I choice Goa'uld cause I love them on the show and think they're the coolest. I wanted some other bonuses (like, at the time I thought the asgard bonus looked nice) But I ignored that, I liked the goa'uld so I choice them. When I joined I was all "Goa'uld pwn" and role playing was a bit then, I looked up to Esker, REK(...rek mate what happened to ya lol) and others who were doing a good job at role playing. SLA was fine back then etc.

Most big players probably don't want admin to try & bring it back. I have a few ideas of how that would be done - but most of those ideas would seriously CHANGE the game.


Perhaps the best solution would be a new server for role playing, where if you are race X you really 'couldn't be allied with race Y and so on forth. And no ascensions.
But that WON'T WORK if people start saying "You attack me on role playing server, I'll crush you on main and ascended"

We need to keep it seperate. I can imagine alot of people having a problem with that though. So, what can really be done?

Alliances dont want this sort of thing anymore. US are gone, TA let any race in, there is only one good asgard alliance atm and the less said about the SLA the better.

None really wants one race alliances anymore, its clear otherwise people would be in them.

I would like to see maybe more advantages for different races rarther than all being the same once you have asended. I think that is quite stupid.

There are many of us who would enjoy the RP side of things but they will need to be seperate from the main section. I tryed to give Legoless a graceful leave from the game and got hammered by players for having an imagination. It was sad to me. If they don't like the RP part of the game then why do they feel it neccisary to dog those of use who do?

Actualy, Ive allready posted ideas for a new server which was more race based, I forget the specifics but it boiled down to this ...... I think


Replis- UP bonus (cheaper price) (theyre REPLIcators, not COVERTcators)
Tok`ra- COVERT bonus (% bonus, not level price) and slight def % bonus. Slight attack penalty.
Tauri- 15% Def and strike bonus (good at fighting, plus the iris) Plus capacity to destroy a slight % of the weapons of an attacker that failed to penertrate (iris breaks stuf, yo)
Asguard- Heavier Def and Strike bonus, but UP more expensive
Gouald- Income bonus, less likley to have soldiers die (jaffa are harder to kill), and anticovert bonus, increased % of miners become lifers.


I also have a few ideas insofar as only gouald being able to attack their own race,


EDIT: Also, NO ASCENDING IS POSSIBLE, ALSO NO RESOURCE TRADING AT ALL OTHER THAN FARMING, AND NO RAIDING.

And Tokra cant you see 90% of the active players are asended now, so all those changing of the figuers would be for nothing really.

I was just reposting an old idea of mine, also worth mentioning was no ascended server would exist for that new server

Ive only been asked if I was the MiniMe jack after getting kidnapped by the gouald, and rescued and inplanted by a Tok`ra rescurer who'se host was killed.

And yeah a new server that only the few hardcore role players will play, hmmm sounds like a wonderfully 'active' server......

Considering some of the questions Ive had since my ingame name is Tok`ra........ yeah, I can belive it.
