What about using about 20 % of Player B´s income to repair the aiding ms automatically? The rest could be repaired by "hand" (means you can put as much of your naq in as you wish )
A minimum of 24 hours was fine imo, but you can send it away as long as you wish, it´s your ms at all. But of course A can ALWAYS reject his protection, otherwise it could be abused i think.
The cost to send it away should be at least 100 Turns, it should be used for real allies and friends, not for some beggers...
The idea you get only 2 turns every 30 min seems good to me. So each one hast to pay something for this protection.
Or maybe just sending the fleets to help other´s? This additional to the the MS support would be nice imo. So fleets finally would get a little bit more important
Basically, a MS support funciton would be quite nice.
