I like the idea of "special bank" only for spy level.
3, 6, 12, 24 trillions (I hope this is the name in English for numbers with 12 zeros) are impossible at this moment for most of the players.
And something more: each spy level should add some extra Covert Capacity!

I agree with Urogard. The merit in this idea completely eludes me.
Is it good for some capitalists who think the game is a cash cow???
