meh, cant attack either

Hmmm...
I understand that Admins are only ppl.
But last days i see more than once technical problem..
If they receive money for all banners we are clicking/loading, then we have the rights to demand more profesional treatment us as customers.
It is a bussines..And the owner must hire ppl that knows what are they doing..
If s1 is testing an update on test server and after that something is wrong that means that he don't know much about such project like PHP and MYSQL. It is only a computer and a code.. It makes that what they have written..
So this time i await that we receive so long PPT how this update problem is bothering normal play..

Last time they didn't gave PPT what in my opinion is having customers in deep black hole.

Ok first...this isn't a discussion thread. It's for reporting of Bugs....this one has now been reported by over 100 people in 4-5 different threads. do we know about the bug? I think so.

Second. This game is free to play....we are not paying customers. we may donate towards the costs of hosting and bandwidth usage but there is no warranty express or implied in the user agreement you consented to when you opened your account (if you even read it)

this particular bug has only caused an inconvenience which does not require a PPT....in the event that it did that decision is made solely at Admins discretion.

For those of you that don't agree with the way Jason wants to run his game (yes it's his...he owns it!!) there is a simple solution.

Edit: For the legal buffs out there (and Pepl) you should know that the user agreement is a legally binding contract universally recognized by and upheld by international intelectual property law. (the PRC being the one exception)

I almost agree with both of you..
But we ARE customers ( he receive money from us! by ours computers, we are generating a profits by ours networks ) and service provided by owner of this site is still a service. So he can wrote what he want.. The LAW is LAW.. In EU court have decided about similiar case.. And that what owner wrote was only for him.. He has a company that provides a services and he will be payed for that so standard must be holded!

Sorry for starting this, that was my last post..

Oh you guys make me proud to think that you have passed through my alliance (and still in it)

Can people just stop harassing Admin, and just let him do his job.

Just let Admin do what they can. We're in no position to demand PPT and the like. We're the ones who want to play the game, and if you dont like it, go play somewhere else.

Sorry....but....

Admin is also a human, and people make mistakes, but in this case it is an issue with the MySql server.

and that is something that can't be resolved in 2-3 clicks, even not by someone who has a SQL certificate.

Just give admin time to solve the issue, and like midnight said, don't annoy him.

i dont get it why people need PPT now.

PPT is the same as now, only now you dont know when this ends. (i.e you cant be attacked now, just like in PPT )

also means there wont be a massive farm fest, as no1 knows when its going to end. granted some people will get lucky (its kinda impossible to have no1 online) but its part of the game so just deal with it.

OMG I can't belive what I'm reading. If I would be admin I would ban you. Admin can shut down server if he wants and noone can't force him to reopen it becouse if I understand this correctly this is still private server. I understand this game like rules on forums: "If you don't like, go away on other forums" in this case "go play other MMORPG". Even if you pay for naqu/uu/ats he can ban you or show me the rule where is writen otherwize. I mean .. grow up

Correct and not correct,

you are a user, not a customer, of a NON paid service.
wich also means, a bit similar like the linux distributions, that for a free service no support is obligatory. It also means, that if admin wants and gets enough of people nagging about his attempts to improve the game (improvements sometimes bring problems), he can just shut down this game without anyone being able to do something against it.
you can go to court for this if you want to but a user of SUSE Linux who decided just to download the free ISO (so not the paid version wich includes support) lost his case against it and had to pay also the costs of the process

also: the problem is for everyone the same, so no one gets advantages out of this, even not naq from attacks, because it is highly possible that admin will put a gamewide PPT (like he did last year)

stop doing like this game is life-important, it is only a game, a free game, and every game ever made has bugs, just give the right people time to solve them
