Fixed in admin chat... unfortunately before Eros bought the account there was some cheating going on, so he has had some stuff taken away.

Yeah I would like to thank Admin Jason for all the help.
The person who sold me his account did ascend multiple times, 1 week before he sold me the account.
I got my account back, but it was descended, and stripped of all weapons, and also my planets were stolen while I was banned.. this account is terrible now, so I'm fileing a claim with paypal. I was sold an illegit account and i want my money back.
P.S thank you VERY much to everyone who believed in me and helped me out through this

yea thats true. this happened a while back and paypal even when i have dealt with em on the matter of being sold electronic goods and they were never delivered paypal just says its basically not their problem and won't give you your money back unless the other person approves it. luckily for me the people that sold it to me were really nice and gave the money back but i doubt someone who cheated at a game to make some money will be so nice.

Our investigation into your claim is complete. As stated in our UserAgreement, the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods. Itdoes not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of goodsreceived. Therefore, we are unable to reverse this transaction or issue arefund.

It wasnt the quality... It was goods stolen... He sold you stolen goods... you should have write that...

I did, this is what I wrote..
On June 14th, I purchased a gaming account from Alan Eng. The gaming account was for stargatewars.com. The account consited of 7 ascensions, many powerfull weapons, and numberous planets. Everything seemed fine, and I was happy.
However, on June 29th, I return from my vacation to find out my account has been banned. It was banned for using a cheat to ascend multiple times. The most valuable part of the account, the 7 ascensions were illegit. I payed $200 for an account that had 7 ascensions.
Today, on July 11th, I talked to the administrator of the game. He informed me that the previous owner of the account cheated 38 and 30 days ago. After some talk, I did manage to get the account unbanned, but it was stripped of the ascensions (which were illegit), and the weapons. The account is literely useless now, all I have left are the units I've attained myself while using it.
On the advice of the administrator, who's email is
mailto:admin@kingdomgames.com, and who would gladly verify everything (reference Eros who played the account of Sore ID#43334) I've said today, I would like to request my money back. All $200 that I've payed for an account I thought was legitimate, only to find out has cheated. The ascensions he sold me were literely stolen, and not his to sell.

nah, i still had $200 on my paypal account from half a year ago when i sold my sgw account for $200...
atleast i didnt really lose any money
