things happen.
gameadmin@ is for cheaters and such...
support@ is for normal support
urgent@ is for ... well..urgent (by OUR definition. not yours.)
if you have money issues, i'd say urgent@ is fine, since it may not be just you.... if you find a bug that can be abused to ruin the game - urgent@...etc.
if you have a game issue, amdin@
if you think someone cheated, gameadmin@
if you think you should not be banned, gameadmin@
etc etc
everything else: support@
hope this helps.
and i will assume this issue is dealt with. if not, post and I will ensure its addressed.... but... in general...forums are not the place for this type of issue. a statement long ago is right: nobody on forums can help. (unless i see it, but i am oversight, not action

and Ergon, a post like that just shows you're as bad as him. Steve the Wraith was already suspended for 7 days. Just leave the comments like that to yourself.
