Profitable hit are those which actually make sense and were not made to <nani?> people off

Like let's say a naq hit for 100 b when the player has a 200-300 b def

Hate to be a nagg, but if i happen to cross any of your members while harvesting my "corn" (i rarely concentrate on a single alliance, thoug i generaly go thorugh the first 400 pages to check for naq): keep in mind that hitting a 200bil def for more than 5bil makes me a living, and more than 10bil makes me a realy nice profit.
I m sure there are other players like me with similar setups of their accounts. Theres hard to find a midle ground formula that defines profitable.
some ppl take bryans well established formula so 10bil of naq per 100bil of def and multiply. others think its more or less... Naturaly we all have our own points of viev, and can easyly turn blind to what other ppl have to say.
Anyhow i thoug i d just let you know that due to division of work and specializations, some have managed to lower their running costs, and therefor have a different viev on profitable so keep that in mind if by any chance in future you decide about my "fate"

Basicilly
Don't hit to be a pain in the rear end. If you're going to farm someone for 700mill per turn, every turn because u generate a 50mill profit... then you're being a pain.
you hit for 50b naq on a 20b defense then you're OK. Don't push your luck, don't test the limits and best of all, be reasonable.

lol... 20b naq on a 50b def is amazingly profitable, not to mention 50b naq on a 20b def...
All this whole topic tells me is that AK wants a war, because they're going to "decide" that a hit wasn't profitable (when it really was) and mass the said person, where it then escelates.
Why didn't you just post "First person who hits an AK member for less than 1b naq per 1b def gets their alliance massed"?

Because we want to set some ground rules, so as to us not being abused.
It's a policy, it's a heads up. If we wanted a war we'd declare it, you don't need a reason to war. But we don't want to be abused as an alliance that will not retaliate.

Nice to see you too Antius

If we'd want a war we'd declare one. We've had recent incidents with farming/raiding of our alliance as well as a few unprovoked massings. Hence why we put the policy together so that if by chance in the future people decide to pay a visit to our dear little alliance, they know the right way of doing so. Besides, you have missed all those little details where it stats = if the diplomatic route fails ...

doesn't look like it to me.
~Zeke~ - but on a serious note, no one has to really worry about the AK HC making the final decision. AK is a fair and fully diplomatic alliance, but they don't need such trivial excuses for war if they really want one. So yeah, as I said. Don't worry about them making the call, worry about what happens when they get war hungry
