-Either increase the % of uu's taken off someone or restructure the at's generated per turn

smaller guys make more at's per turn than bigger guys...like below 10m 9 at's per turn. from 10m to 35m is like 6 at's per turn etc.

1st idea is mine and 2nd is from taxo....

and don't whine, try to propose something for once...

Im not whining Mukasa, I just would like to see it go back to how it was! I liked it that way... Also, the 100k death rate from the plague was nothing, must people had that in there raw... There was no previous "cap" now there is one...

Its turned from tatics to who has no life and will raid ever second of free time...

Not aimed at SGC! Your cool, im talking at about people on 24/7!

as for the bigger players atm they know they can raid yes but for people who are like 140 mill and who got like 3 months to get there from 100 mill its not to nice to because they also see there hard work destroyed really quickly

so im against this update

I don't see much whining - simply people putting forward their points of view.

Personally I think the only way to fix it would be to remove the mass amounts of AT from the game - i.e. stop them being produced on the market - and to remove caps altogether. This would make AT a truly valuable commodity and would put a true price on them - and it would force people to actually think about how and when they use them. Account growth would then be directly attributable to good account/resource management and not simply the ability to raid and/or buy/sell ATs.

The bigger guys would still want ATs to raid/mass, therefore the smaller guys could then sell them at a higher rate and thus control the price.

It may also mean some way of altering the size of everyone's army - probably using an inverted exponential curve to ensure that everyone is still placed relative to where they are now, but also to ensure that those atthe top are not too far ahead of everyone else to be uncatchable.

Agreed. Also, prices should be completely relative to each other. That is to say, the value of all the ATs on the market should be equal to the value of all the Naq on the market and to the number of UU on the market. If there are only 1000 ATs left, and 300tril Naq, then 1k ATs would be worth that much, but the high prices would stop overbuying long before a situation like that could occur, and it would encourage sellers to sell thereby restabilising the prices fairly quickly.

It used to be that people were careful who they massed and 15k ATs was an inconceivable amount and one was wowed if they managed to obtain that many.

Another suggestion would be to make ATs untradeable on a blackmarket level. That is to say that one would only be able to buy and sell ATs with Market Turns, and this would mean a lot of decision making and would bring back a crucial strategy element to the game. Besides, with the speed that ATs are produced these days, it shouldn't be too hard for people to play without buying them... 3 ATs per turn? That's ridiculous.

It used to be that one had to live off their income and attack strategically, and that's what I enjoyed from the game. Let it once more become an enjoyable game! I fail to see what is enjoyable in a game where thought and planning isn't as important as time wasted playing it. Games are meant to be a small diversion from life, not a life!

Hmmm - I think you'll find that a lot of people thought it was broke a long time prior to this update - which called for the need of an update to correct it. But any attemp to fix it has only ever resulted in an attempt to fix the attempt - and so on.

is anyone ever happy
seriously being happy is actually fun
you shud all try it some time

btw im creating a petition to get the 1500m winner to stop half half way next time so the other guys can catch up lol

players over 75 mil arent going to just sit around doing nothing all day
until yesterday i havent spent anything on my account in a month
cos im over 75 mil

its boring as hell

dont blame the big guys for you all being crap at the game
and dont say its for the new players cos most of the people who have signed arent new and they just cant build their accounts cos they just arent good enough

i'd say in total i have raided about 4 mil uu since i started playing and i was on about 10 mil army size wen the original caps first came out and im about to hit 85 mil

so why dont you all just stop moaning and actually play the game
i amnt sure about this update
i dunno if the game is ready for it yet, but for gods sake dont cry about it

If small players dont want to see the big ones grow so quick dont sell them ATs or MTs then they have to grow at the same rate as everyone else.

There is little moaning - and none on my part. I couldn't care less if the game isn't fun to play, as it is my choice to play it or not - in this case, to come back to it or not.

About skill, I've said it before and I'll say it again: my objection to this game is simply that it no longer requires much skill to play; it only requires only that one waste an incredible amount of time playing it. It wasn't always this way, and I propose ways of changing the game so that it becomes all about skill.

Right now, the market works with artificially created resources, meaning that the game works to the advantage of certain practices and players, simply because right now they are wealthy and right now they spend a lot of time playing the game. I say: why have an artificial market?! Let prices adjust themselves properly and eventually they'll balance out. Limit purchases of ATs to a person's own MTs: it means that people will have to think about what they buy and sell there, and it stops the sale of MTs, which wasn't meant to be. If there are no such limits, the game becomes all about who takes the game too seriously and lives online the most. Don't tell me that THAT is skill.

Yeah 500bil a day cant force someone to sell to you though.
That said i think if offered 500bil for 1k turns i might be swayed lol
