I still think TO are stat builders. DD are a little, but at least they're not afraid of a war. See now TO has DD to fight for them whenever it's necessary. More protection, even less conflict.

tokra when a guy is reaching 300 mil and i havnt even reached 100 mil its not so much afraid its more or less me being smart enough and knowing i dont rate

What i wana know, would you support and respect the wish of an alliance, if they would decide to become an neutral alliance? So they would NOT attack anyone, not even inactive ones. Would you still farm them, raid them, and war them once a while? I'm not making any illusions, i know that 100 bil with 0 defence wouldn't last... But do you think that alliance with this kind of policy could work and stay out of all and any wars?

I know it's a war game, but if someone would decide to play totally in peace, would you support this decision?
