The Asgard are supposed to be all dead but I think there maybe a few who are still left, the Gouald's numbers are very low but they do still exist. The replicators exist in other galaxies and remain somewhat dormant.

the replicators are on the verge of extinction (The Asgard are completely gone and the Ancients are fluttering in the upper growths..), they are no more still in power then the Goa'uld. Or did you miss 'Be all my sins remember'd'?
Just because Weir has a few at her disposal dosent make u a threat..IN FACT it probably does the opposite...never remember Elizabeth Weir being much for anarchy and destruction...

There are still replicators left, but like I said they're under the control of Elizabeth Weir. Who knows when one could go rogue and begin replicating a new force..
