on the other note, i can nominate myself and if I truly wanted the position back I'd have 4 votes by now.
As it stands, I honestly don't want it back but rather that the circumstances for me being rotated out involve heavy manipulation.
However, best of luck to the next person (i'dve nominated eros, so i nominate jack instead) because this is a far better way of being casted into the position then being thrusted in by jason where the others felt invaded.

Actually, your post got removed because it contained another post that had also been removed (for certain reasons that I do not need to go into) - however, while I was typing my pm to you we had a power failure, and it's only just came back on.

My opinion on the matter is although we are mods nd connot therefore be "Nominated" we are also still members of the community and so have every right to "Nominate"

I just thought I'd let everyone know what an ombudsman actually is...
"1. A man who investigates complaints and mediates fair settlements, especially between aggrieved parties such as consumers or students and an institution or organization.
2. A government official, especially in Scandinavian countries, who investigates citizens' complaints against the government or its functionaries."
I know a lot already know, but for those who dont..there ya go. And for those who had the wrong idea to...

And I just thought I should let people know I'd be the best candidate because:
-1 I have contacts with most of the mods, and most of the alliance leaders ingame, therefore I can get things done.
-2 I have no alliance to no man or alliance, therefore my opinion will not be swayed, i will not be intimidated, nor will I be blackmailed.
-3 I will not be blackmailed because I am very open with all the bad things I do, so there really isn't any bad thats not public knowledge haha.
-4 I will kick ass when necessary

lol..if were doing some recruitment post's... I shall write similar lines..for the sake of answering What Eros has said..

All im gonna say is, just vote for who you want, I wont lose sleep either way, just make sure you choose someone who is going to get the points you want across in an effective manner.

So what if I'm selling my account? You don't need an account to be an ombudsman, you need a forum account and MSN, which as I stated previously, I will still be on those very much. And again like I've stated previously, it's doubtfull someone can afford my account, so I'll probably not be able to sell.
But if you wanted to use black tactics on myself, I will ask you a question.

You said to kick someones's ass. The natural implication of that around here is to do it ingame. Further more, I dont see why you would have to kick someone backside, rather then shove a point up it, as Ombudsman.
Negative advertising? I did nothing of the sort, just stated facts available to the entire forum through the many and varied topics you and those associated with you quite generously post around. For all you know that could of helped you more because im backing you up, stating that your selling your account and so are unable to be blackmailed in-game. So dont presume so much. Anyway, you began with the competition and the making of the points, I merely continued.

Watch out there... that's nearly so black I cant see... lol. Three years..a year.. lol. Easily longer then Mystakes reign anyway. I dont need to dedicate time to the position anyway. I get a job done quickly and properly when it has to be done, making it efficient for me and for the entire forum.
(though as my customers for sigs will know, that has no application to photoshop!

I know I'm not so well known but I would like to nominate myself. The main reason being that either I don't think the other candidates are right for the position or I don't know enough about them yet to make a decision.
