I was not around in the Goauld wars so I can only base this on the current information I have. I have never had the pleasure of talking/dealing with REK or Etl, but Lord Rylan was the one who provided support to our alliance when needed.
I think, that the SSG is very difficult as if you base it on the game itself then I would say REK as he has a lot of alliance behind him, has been there and got the t-shirt and an ego to boot
, however, one who has provided growth for Goauld is Lord Rylan. So basing it on this my vote goes to Lord Rylan, who also has an ego .
