what are Glory and Reputation Scores for ? how do i get them ?

I started the game as Asgard but realized that I was just a farm for those bigger than myself so I became Tauri and now I am Tollan. Buying them but you need Supporter Status. You can buy SS on the market or with 1000 G&R points.
