well looks like i am! still. im wondering why i get warned for poking fun at sum1's avvy while others make death threats, and nothing happens. and i continue to wonder why i am ignored through pm when i raise this question privately....

as i recall, the person who made these threats was banned. it is no longer within the jurisdiction of the moderator / admin team any longer. and whos to say that they havent passed it to whoever does have jurisdiction?

your post was offensive and WAS within the jurisdiction of moderators. as far as their lack of a response they may be busy for the moment, i cant say. but theres no reason to make that comment here. we have an ombudsman for a reason.

Never bothered to care much about them when I got them, but if you're after material.. Got a plenty.

@almost38 Dude, you apparently don't seem to get that a line was crossed by posting data that shouldn't have. You did a whois, that means you actually had to do more then to view Clarkey's website to view the information. I have always tried to be careful about how much personal information I've entered, even just using my actual name. Unfortunately, Clarkey hadn't realized at the time and was being honest, a trait I admire. The fact that you actually had to do more then log onto his website proves that it is not public domain, not by Clarkey's choice.
