Its all been said before, if you cant stand to lose the 1% income, leave your alliance and you will get it back, of course if you would rather the protection from your alliance then the 1% TAX should stay.

I will endeavor to if i make it to the meet on friday.
People sit back too much in the meets, "any other things to discuss" says jason, "no not really" says us.
If im there i will try and corner him. i ask other people do the same.
We have found already that people cant be forced to turn up. so those that do turn up be forceful towards jason

I would say...

Tell him to dump it for a while. Get some other updates out to keep people interested (heck, that's what this section is sorta for) and just work on alliance bank in the background.

I hope to make 1 of them this week, and try and ask him about doing this. But unfortunately i can't guarantee i will be there

Friday you say? what time are they now? I'm off so I should be able to make it. I have no problem with getting in him face a bit, in a polite way of course.

I don't believe the part about Jason still getting ad revenue if FireFox users use adblock or similar extensions. The ad system only pays out per click of unique IP's in a 24 hour period. So for it to generate revenue, the irritating ads have to be clicked and allowed to contact the ad disbursment server before redirection to the advertiser. Once there, a MINUTE cash amount is credited into the account.

A couple possibilities for uses for the Alliance Bank...
1.) Addition of military ranks. Have a selection of ranks from each of the armed forces or allow the leader to customize one. This will show a player's status in the heirarchy of the alliance. This will also make it easier to see who's in an alliance's Command Staff so you can specifically target them. Ranks will appear before the Player's Name.

3.) Creation of branches within an alliance. Some alliances may wish to create a branch within an alliance. An example of this would be somthing like having a Strike Team, Command Staff, or Trainees. The only purpose this would serve is to send messages to a smaller group within the alliance and not need to send alliance-wide messages which often only pertain to fewer members. May also be used to create "teams" within an alliance for 5-on-5 wars.

None of these suggestions would add bonuses of any kind.
