Here is some info I have found
The '2 time war' and 'no nox' setting for opposing houses does not appear to be currently working.
I am in faith and was massing buck in science.
we have both been in the houses long enough the bonuses are working. No ab's occurred so that part was working, however buck was getting the nox delay between my attacks.
My sabs and covert kills against buck were the standard percent of total weapons and covert units killed:
jul 8th 17:22 buck had 1,777,527 spies.
my next attack:
jul 8th 17:24 15 AT attack resulted in 53325 covert ops lost for buck. 3.1% of total spies (should this be doubled in war? or are only attack/def unit losses affected?)
buck had 3.2M def and 11m strike weapons. (81,760,000,000 total weapon points)
sab resulted in 574,257 attack weapons destroyed. (3,307,720,320 total weapon points)
so it was only 4% (new amount from updates) of total weapon points, and not closer to what it should be if 2 way war was set.
It also appears the atk and def losses for normal and super units has changed, or the attack / def def / atk multiplier isn't working correctly.
our losses were pretty much 1 for 1 (ie 17k/17K 30k/30k) even after his def had been dropped from 753b to 335b. (my strike was 3.3 to 3.1t)
after I was able to sab the def his losses did not jump up any.
29,245 with 335b def next attack 28,197 with 3 def.
he rebuilt a def and i got a 21,786 killed on 3 def the very next attack resulted in
21,034 enemy losses and 5,261 for me when he had a 57b def and my 3.1T strike.
I am not going to do all the math on these but I would expect as the def drops the UU lost and killed should also reflect that. In this attack it remained the same 1:1 ratio instead of shifting to favor the strike stat that was remained the same as the def stat dropped. before you could see your kill/loss ratio improve as the defense lost stats and that no longer seems to be the case.
