Nope. you can do what you want to them.
If it effected all of Delta it would be in our NAP section.

Isn't that a bit.. inefficient? To have NAPs which only apply to certain members of an alliance? How are you expected to remember everyone to whom it applies?

Seems like yet another type of 'diplomacy' which is asking for confusion and trouble.

hmm, maybe thats why theres that thing ingame to set peace to another player

just joking, but i get this, i have loads of personal naps with ppl, that dont involve my alliance or theirs

by the way, who are SU lol, to see if i can beat suzuk in the raid lol
