Yes, they might be annoying, mightn't they?
now the question is... will they recover them next episode, or will that group have a full episode on that planet? (and recovery the episode after)
after all, they do appear in all 20 episodes of the season...

We also liked the spider... Finally some alien creatures that aren't bipedal... Stargate has way too few of those...
not to mention it being a rather nice spider... lots of teeth...

It is also nice to see how the knowledge just doesn't erupt fully translated into the minds of those accessing it... though we suspect the next episode will have more of it...

The number of times rush had to be pushed into the number 46 proves once again that he isnt all-understanding... that is probably one of the main reasons the episode was called "human"... it was proof rush is actually human...

Also, what do you think of that construction project in the previous episode? (faith)

Are the builders there just kind, or was it a well-baited trap?

I love this show. The plot got even more intense after this last episode.
They got left behind? Holy fudge cicles!
They are going to take the big one out back, shoot him, and eat him like cannibals.

Then! He will take the women secretly trying to seduce her..and BAM! Moar foods.

Joking aside~very interesting plot development. I really thought (Stargate style) they would have been able to make it back.

i guessed that teh nurse and teh boss had something cooking( not a pregnancy though) which i found most interesting, also the fact that recently it seems that that three of the youngest crew mates have been left behind( i wonder how they will return if ever). I liked this show from the beginning and i disapprove of the wshifting from traditional stargate style( bringing villains first episode) but i am not disappointed with our villian friends. I would also hope that they will fight on land and space more often,to spice the show up in my opinon.

considering that they're part of all 20 episodes, they'll get back on...

we suspect that they may just decide to take that spaceship...

I reckon they'll ride the dinosaur back to Destiny :P

The ship is pretty banged up, but you never know with fat boy and skinny girl around....he is mathboy and she seems to understand that alien text somewhat.....and Scott can waste some more bullets shooting at something.....

I gotta say, I thought like noobert that they'd make it back in the last second, so I was actually kind happy that they didn't

yes, it was a bit of surprise... we'd forgotten all about rush right then... and it really adds for the suspense...

yes, the ship is broken, but its not completely broken... they got most of the internal systems working... if a bit sparky... its the only known ship out there with interstellar capability... well, only ship except for the ones in use by the aliens...

spoiltastic :-"

So.. Rush goes into the chair and comes out with some password.. Franklin is brain dead and then just hops in and everything works? Meh, I just hope they eventually find an actual bridge. I'm getting a bit sick of the control shaft they use xD. Maybe the bridge is up in the pyramid esque structure. Also they cheaped out a bit on the space battle, focusing on the inside of the ship and only showing flashes of color through the windows.

We liked the plot twist with him disappearing at the end...
A room with a single door that stays closed & watched, and person disappears from it...

its not unlikely that the command center/bridge is somewhere higher up...
but we find it a bit refreshing to have a series with a big ship that isnt being controlled from a bridge...
remember, on the Daedalus class ships, 99% of events occurred in one of four locations... small storage room, large room (either storage or mess hall), bridge, engine room... On destiny, there are several more locations used...

but the room that intrigues us the most, is the hemispherical one (that room they had to seal at the start because of that hole...)

what'd you think of the robot? we kinda liked it... for once they had a Larger than human non-human thing moving about that wasnt designed to look like a bug...

its rather obvious that they like taking up even more themes than sg-1/atlantis did... and they're not being quite as secretive about it...
Like the use of someone quadriplegic... We think they managed to portray that quite well, without making light of it in any way...

It seems to us like Universe focuses on the body and the mind, with a little ethics mixed in...
SG-1 focused on the intricacies of religion and politics... Events outside rather than inside persons...
Of course, this does mean that there'll be some focus on the sexual themes, but despite what some seem to think, that is quite common in the human species, and is rather pointless to deny... We believe that SG:U is capable of doing it in a way that is relatively proper... They wont turn it into porn... (fortunately...)
When people are squished together as they are on destiny, such happenings are quite likely... Humans do seek comfort in each other... but we will not go into details here...

we came to realize on theory about the destiny "bridge" yesterdayish...

What sort of "bridge" does an ori mothership have? An Lantean battlecruiser? Alteran city ship?
all those are essentially from the same society, and are all controlled by a "chair"... The later editions of those chairs have an "wireless" connection to the brain, but why shouldnt the original version have a physical connection to the brain?

We're beginning to think that the "bridge" on destiny is the chair room...
All ships systems can in theory be controlled from that room, as long as the person knows what to do, and how to do it, as well as being "compatible" with the chair... on Atlantis, there was a chair that could control everything, but there were also separate controls for many of the main systems... and for that matter, tertiary controls, but thats somewhat beside the point... everything could be controlled from a single location, by the use of a "chair"...

everyone expected some ingenious return style, so then they decided to just do it simple and easy...
