Now we look at it another way, while we do mass bigger defence, not all of us will feed just 1 account for them to go around massing 500 bil -1 tri defences.

Its pointless and a waste of turns, might be in war but while you waste your friends turns, they are not growing because they are feeding your habbit. Were we have all grown in MS, some a couple Covert lvls, some a couple A/C lvls , as well as planets.

So to sum it up we as a whole been growing still , while all those inactives feeding you to mass these 1 tri defence have grown nothing, wonder why DDE hold almost half of 1 page for the last month? We don't feed 1 player.

Your Taf team play is to work to feed YOUR account.

DDE team play is to ALL grow.

I think I know what Team I rather be on.

I guess this is what has changed recently, inflated farming, decreased UU and a lack of ATs in supply have caused a game, where you can farm 50t in 10 minutes. The cost of ATs make massing anything under 5t def more costly for the attacker. I think there is some honor in bringing all opponents down, despite the cost and this is what is causing my increasing lack of interest in playing. I do not think it is a negative point against Math but instead an honorable trait.

Bizarre, the game we live in consists of people mocking other for actually massing. Just so you know, TAF do not "feed" as you imply. If they do, then I've been left completely out of that discussion. I've had some ATs thrown my way from people ascending and I gave someone 30m UU so that they could mass somebody but nothing really beyond that.

I hate to chuck in a low blow, so I will tell you that the next bit is said without prejudice, because I think you are a good sort of person. However, I don't think to date you have massed me. Other than farming, I don't see you doing much aggression. The game is far too long through to just be worrying about farming and growth. I play for fun, I can farm what I need on a turn change to mass the vast majority of people. You may say that DDE have grown, I would counter that and say, no, DDE have got fat.

Anyway, in summary. I disagree with everything you say and it saddens me to see that one can no longer have pride in their achievements. I always thank my opponents on here for building, like I have always done, I rarely see that from your side of the fence but there are still a few people from TAF that do this.

I know what team I would rather be on.

I am far from mocking him massing ppl, but his constant asking us to mass 500-1 tri defences is what im getting at. Which is 95% of all defences in TAF.

We grow as a team were Math has many many ppl feeding him, and expect us to mass the same as him while he gets stuff for free.

Lack of turns has done it. Notice first post I said get your friends to send me the turns and ill mass all the 100-200-400-500 bil defences. Stuff for free will do that.

I have massed you once though FM, but then again its very rare to see you above 1 tri, countless posts about your 1 tri building for many months just look back through the pages.

I had a 3t def out all last week didnt get touched althoe still small, a few months back that would of got smashed,either a lack of people bothering or cost of turns i even had 1.4t planet out all week and that didnt get touched.

I'm not going to get into, current defence or whatnot. My defenses last week served a purpose to get massed by 5 different people with over 5t defence and ranked 4 MS. If you still believe it is very rare, that is your prerogative. Not mine.

Ok, so Math is a little exuberant, he wants action. Point is, DDE rarely step up to do anything. You can always guarantee Robert, DR, Kos and Kikaz will come and get your defence. If they are on PPT, nothing will happen...and it does get rather boring.

Anyway, I'm excusing myself from this thread. Depresses me far too much for my liking.

You know what Reborn? You got me. Every last turn I use, every uu I use, every naq I use, is donated from my alliance. I spend all day every day running around yelling at my members to feed me stuff that I then throw at your smallest accounts.

Now let's be realistic reborn. I get turns and uu from people who don't have time to use them or no interest in fighting themselves. To assume that this amount of turns constitutes the vast majority of turns in TF is comical. To assume that our massing of your defenses is somehow preventing us from growing is comical as well.

I will agree with you that turns are at a premium now moreso than they have ever been. But this is war. You don't get anywhere in war by trimming the top few defenses of an enemy and leaving it at that. Of course you have to go mass them too, but they are only one part of a successful war. That will never change no matter how *hard* it is for you.

A couple more things. I would never suggest that massing is all me and not without help. I am ever so proud of the good work we as an alliance have done and continue to do. I am also proud of the fact that we have the capability on a massing run to eliminate everything in your empire except those dang 20 bil defenses in Bicska because screw them even I have my limits lol. Further, we don't just be proud that we have the capability, but instead we do this often.

Now let's talk about DDE. When I look across your vast domains, I am sorry reborn I do not see the same thing you do. I do see some increased motherships. I see a few new levels here or there. More often than not, these new levels are on new accounts bought by DDE members, not grown in-house. But here's the thing, aside from maybe Rob3rt who uses his growing stats in battle, there has been zero difference in the massing experience on DDE now compared to five months ago. Nothing is harder. Nothing takes longer. If anything it's easier now than it has ever been this war. Maybe you figured out that even if you build less or less strategically, we'll still "waste" turns massing and that's fine. To each their own.

The only regret I have from massing people in this war is that I gift-wrapped Rank 1-2 ME to HE and ETL in the early months by massing them. But I got over that regret eventually.

Now after all that rambling, I will congratulate [DC] D3ath who did an actual massing run through our alliances last night. It was well done, it was thorough. See? Fighting the war can actually be fun! I would never call on your empire to select one "champion" to fight all of your battles for you. Your empire *I think* is perfectly capable to have a persistent presence in your enemy's logs. I'm sure you can keep growing your semi-active accounts at the same time

U are the last person to say anything about building, i havent seen you with more than 3t def since august (thats when i came back)

ur MS/es were massed, couldnt even force my self to 0 those baby defenses

Praetorians down to 6quad had to jump on hokie as i saw he had def. Loud mouths 1st priority
got hokie down from 70quad to 1,8 when i ran out of turns but def is at 0 now
