It may be that support has not yet been able to deal with it. It may take a while for them to react. In the case of dealing with the ingame support staff, patience is a virtue. Of course, the ones affected by things sent to support, generally have a natural lack of that virtue. It is a common thing.

Patience? More than a month to resolve things... i things that's enought patience.
Why solve one thing and leave another problem???

Absolutely, the game clock is slowly falling behind regular time.

It just took 25-30
Minutes to re-load any of the in-game pages...
Other sites loaded normally, at the same time.

ok i am going to split this into a new topic since...
we are now (as of 2 days ago, 1pm) on a dedicated (not cloud) set of servers.
I thought the cloud was the way to go - huge stats on what you get... but...
the new servers are about 10x as fast as the last ones.
the 'old' new servers took 240seconds start to finish for turn change (30 seconds of 100% lock).
the 'new' new servers take 33 seconds start to finish for turn change (5 seconds of 100% lock).
they are also way less utilized than the last set... go figure

In short - I FINALLY THINK WE HAVE A NEW HOME

Now we can test the 'how are the new servers' again !! Although I'll give it a couple weeks before I say 'yup. for sure'.

My experience over the last 48 hours turn farming constantly has been very pleasing. The game is much much faster than it was.
