1) The game wasn't over, no one hit 45
2) Read the rules, exactly what those two did was against the rules, you cant post one after another like that because you can go back and forth and just ruin every game, like you both did.

I guess I just interpret it differently.. because going ABABABAB is completely unfair and results in ruining of the game like happened.. but it is just a simple game and in the end doesn't really matter at all.
Also ya I saw it did end.. but for some reason people continued it

going AAAAAAAB is much less fair than ABABABABAB... it would of course be better with ABCDEABDCEACBEDABCEDAEBDC but it isnt that common for 4 persons with different intentions (i.e. not two or three removing from same one and adding to same) to be online at one time...
