The beauty is that if a group of alliences wanted to take a house from fuall, they could, providing they van get the numbers needed, sure a war would probably prevail, but it IS possible
and the fact is, this game is made of choices, you can choose to join a house and get a bonus, you can allso choose not to, it's the same as chosing to ascend or not, and yet, you still see very nice non ascended accounts out their, and even living gods
point is, their are "safe" houses out their to join, YOU might not like those houses, but they can still be joined easy

There is just one scenario that doesnt fit, with the 10% resale value of strike weps, that would be if you wanted to go raiding/farming inactives before you ascend.
Since untraining all covert/anti-covert, if you were in the 5 point g/r range only got myself down to rank 2722, not being able to raid below rank 27,320. Everyone knows these ranks are raided over and over again(and alot of ppl's farm lists(raid and naq targets)) go way beyong rank 27k.
This again would still be the same for anyone not ascending right away that wanted to go raiding also selling off 6mil strike weps for 333bil maq when they cost 3.3 tril naq to buy.
I had boughten 10k at's before i ascended, so that i could quicklaunch raid my entire farm list so i didnt have to re-enter it manually. so that all i would have to do is go through the last pages of my attack log click once on each and reset to war.
So not only did i not get to raid my entire farm list, i still get to re-enter 22 pages manually, as i wasnt going to waste the at's attacking them(as most were being farmed and had very little naq out).
Still curious why ones war settings reset during an ascension but ones peace settings do not. ???

I agree... and he increases the supporter bonus you receive after ascending from 2.2T naq to 3.6T + the UU and etc.

One thing I'd like to see admin do is remove all inactive accounts ( not on vacation mode ) that have not logged in for over 1 year.
Effects :
- fewer raids
- fewer farms
- reduces total accounts in game
+ makes it harder to gain G&R
+ makes it easier to get through the ranks

For me personally my biggest quirm with the updates at the moment especially is the cost of 10 turns to change either nox or def con rate 3 was a better idea in my opinion

Sorry, but that seems stupid. It would take away all of resources for probably 75% of the game. Raiding would become almost non-existent. It also makes it harder for newer accounts, or those not done ascending yet to actually get to unknown. The only way removing innactives and making G&R harder would work would be if all accounts were reset and those active recreated, but enough people would cry about that, and admin has stated multiple times it wont, that it will never happen.

It increases all the things that a small minority are already done with. G&R gets Harder, UU gets more expensive, Naq gets more rare. Like I said, the only fair way that would happen is if all the accounts were reset, as some would definitely be more prepared than others. No reason to introduce updates that only helps those that are already done ascending and built up as opposed to those aren't. Making resources more expensive and ascending requiring more resources would certainly not help, though this latest massing update served a similar purpose with massing, making it quite a bit more expensive for those who are ill prepared for the update.
It would only serve to increase the polarity of those done ascending with those not done or newer.

Been on vacation since before updates went live.
My income has dropped about 10 bil a turn...
thought income planets were not supposed to be affected ?
Tried changing realm alerts.... didn't help either

I do think the server needs a cleaning, but im not sure it needs to be a dramatic as you are saying max, but there is a crapt load of accounts that are just made and never played,,
considering how easy it is to get a army, all accounts under a 2 mil army, should go poof if they have not been logged into in 6 months, this would make a big difference in rank, and would also clean some off the wasted uu out there.. and before some gose winning what about new players, well if your under 2 mil and you havent logged in in 6 months and you finally want to play make a new one,

How long is all these talks going to go on, Has administration made up its mind that this is the way its going to be,, so you all can get on with something else then this whinning crapt

if you are going to do that, which probably isnt a bad idea, maybe add this into the mix for concideration.
raising the resorces that a new account starts with.
maybe start them off at 500k- 1 mill army size.
with a few hundred bill naq

give new players a bigger head start, people say how easy it is to start over, but thats probably true for someone who has experiance with these sort of games, for the average noob, give them something more to work with, encorage them to acctuly log in more than once after they sign up.
with surveys for naq now, those basic resorces they get is fairly insignificant now.
now sure this could be exploited with people makeing new accounts to raid, but maybe make it traceable to see if someone raids alot of new accounts (would be obviose)
