Yes yes my bad...but the again i am little comfused.Some one once told me OE alliances are indepedant,right $tekki$? Now this reorganization (hope you guys get what you plan) doesnt exactly promote independency,does it?

Well they must have some benefits planed from new stucture otherwise would be all pointless.
