Pfft, I dont know why your worried about all these "war runner" lists.

Its the names on my list you should concern youself with, there are only a couple of names, but those few will be the ones with which my retribution will show no mercy. There will be no surrending to my list...

Semper...you have thrown my name about quite a bit in this thread. Here are the facts

1) I have never talked with you on MSN
2) You did NOT surrender in the surrender thread
3) You did message me...once. The message read...Please note the date stamp is TODAY while I was at work

Hello Gunz, just a little point for when you get back. Mayhem massed me ingame for my actions in the war. However..if memory serves I did successfully surrender to the Omegan Empire, of which Mayhem is a part of. I have spoken with them, telling them I dont ever touch Fuall and beyond. However they insist to make nonsense up saying I farm. To be frank I hardly remember to bank my income, let alone farm...

So to summarize, you did not surrender, you never got an acceptance, and now you insult and threaten our members.
Do not attempt to use me as cover for bad behaviour again.

I massed several players on the FUALL traitors list this week, and all but one of them came back to me with the claim that they'd already surrendered and considered themselves to be out of the war.

So I'm going to ask FUALL leadership to clairfy the list, so that we know exactly who is and isn't out of the war. I'll hold off massing until then, and if I was found to be in error then I'll gladly recompense the effected accounts.

Once I've recieved word, however, I'll be organizing a deliberate effort to sit on ALL 'runner' accounts and keep them perpetually massed.

Are you sure of that? I think not...why the hell on earth would I lie about that? I am perhaps one of, if not THEE straightest talking person on these forums, if anything my persistent honesty has got me into trouble on occasion. Keep looking in your logs Master Gunz, or maybe I should go and retrieve mine? Why is OE trying so hard to answer this with excuses? Just admit you messed up, and everyone will think more of you, than when I am forced to bring in msn logs and start arguing semantics and the honour most of the members of FUALL and beyond claim is comprimised.

I just wanted an admittance of a mess up, and an apology for Mayhem, not all of OE, massing me.

At first I did ask for reperations, I dont want them anymore, as this has been blown far out proportion by mistake on my part for posting publically.

However, you know what I really dont care enough to continue this debacle. lol. If OE want to try and cover this up...you go ahead. Its really..now, beyond my concern.

But to anyone else reading these post's.... I suggest you take heed of this situation. Like I said..im no lier.

Debate it all you want..im out of this discussion now as 'dirty' politics are not really my forte..

Semper, without actually going to check the surrender thread, one of the requirements for surrendering was a forum post. So if that was not done then no surrender would have been accepted. And your list of others... well Law only recently got off the runner list (I believe he paid DDE) and Buck for example is not on the current list of surrenders that has been circulated to Delta for example. So you may have discussed but that's where it stayed. That was the list given to Delta as of early November. You aren't on it either. this could be an oversight or whatever but I go back to the first thing, surrender also required a post.

Look mate...I wish you no ill and if I am mistaken I will apologize. But I look at your msn addy and there is no more or less than I posted earlier. I am not calling you a liar ...just that my best efforts find no evidence. I get multiple messages a day...I simply do not have total recall of them all , so I have to rely on message history . If my msn suddenly quit keeping message history I would be surprised...but perhaps it is possible.


There is no question that you never surrendered in the designated thread , and that is the key to all this. As we have said numerous times, no surrender is valid unless you post there and get acceptance by me and DDE.

Now I do wish you well...My best suggestion is to make peace with my mates in Mayhem if you can...then perhaps you can surrender properly.

gunz msn has not taken history for some of my convos so it is possible

Well losing history of convos on MSN is actually VERY easy. Group convos don't always go to the history you thought it went into so can be difficult to find, or if you have your MSN appearing offline and get 'offline' messages but then the MSN doesn't close properly then those messages aren't saved to history. that's just two examples I can think of, off the top of my head.

you may have surrendered to GunZ or deni by saying hey Im surrendering but the fact is FUALL has not accepted your surrender or Bucks surrender or Tyberzann aka Tom Twin or any former member of radical minority the only member of your alliance that was involved in some aspect of the war that has been allowed to surrender is law7441 as he payed a huge compensation for being a war runner ... as far as im concened the former members of radical minority shouldnot be allowed to surrender as they jumped in on both sides of the war nothing more than opportunists and scavengers raiding and farming the already well battled accounts.. surrneder accepted by half of the two entities of FUALL mkes your surrender valid only to that side and those not noted on the public forum have not validation as its he say she say..

lets make it simple... Gunz accepts your surrender means your off OE's list but remain on DDE's.. Deni or myself accept it means your off DDE's list but remain on OE's // both gunz and deni accept you wil recieve an offical acceptance of your surrender on the public forum adn will be off both empires lists...

I cannot understand how people voluntarly pick up arms against us then want to have an easy way out... this war is for the long haul...

not that i want to be a pain and spoil the fun....
but semper personally insulted Xeen, so i believe Semper and his crew are mH property from now on, so guys, hands off...
