sigh to shut everyone up about the restructure:
OE descided to sacrifice a little mobilety to concentrate it's firepower. it also enebaled us to make some leadership changes and make maximum use of our ingame banks (the alliances with smallest banksizes were the once who got removed). this change has granted us maximum leadership quality and experience in every position.
it further enabled us to better insure every alliances timezone coverage and thus maximising ingame bonusses. putting our strongest acounts in 2 alliances instead of 4 also makes for 2 alliances who can war virtualy indefinetly when they please against who they please no mather the timing.
and last but not least it also gave us a chance to clean house and make groups who can focus on their own specific needs. for instance, the alpha members are fully focussed on building up their acounts, skills and ascention levels. whilst omega and delta can fully concentrate on warring and developing their acounts and teamwork more.
