There's a difference between discussing and whining. If you can't distinct between the two, I suggest you look up their respective definitions. 
Secondly, I didn't declare any war, FE did.
As to no one being safe, I already stated that whilst I personally don't like it, you guys did indeed warn about it. It's starting to feel repetitive to repeat this.
My point is about members that officially surrender. Naturally, I haven't seen pm's so can't judge on that. Seeing woody's responses here however, I'm quite sure he didn't get any memo. I'm not talking about warring on someone's specific terms, but it just seems common courtesy to me to officially un-accept a member's surrender before deciding to trash them out of boredom after you've already accepted their surrender.
That is the point I'm discussing and you are free to dissagree, just wanted to know how people from AG stand in the matter. Tziki and Juliette have both given their view on it, and I thanked them for it. So where exactly did whining come into the picture here? 'cause I don't see it.

where i stand in the picture, if your side your alliance in your empire declare a war, there is most likely going to be repocussions to all alliances when the one declaring does not provide apt defences.
and woody surrendering, he said he had no time to play, since then he has farmed apparently over 100 tril, so thats bull, and contradictory so in my eyes he has voided his surrender.

Just so we are clear on the matter; I am not 'from AG'. Logic is universal, but do not hold my word for that of AGen. Neither AGen nor myself appreciate that allegation.
Interestingly, at the moment (since a week or so), ~Tziki~ is not part of AG either (don't correct me if I'm wrong, I don't care).
So essentially, you just got 2 random replies of someone who likes the game of politics and has a memory of being AGen.

As I said when I surrendered that as of a few weeks time I wouldn't have time to war and didn't see the point in up both wasting resources when I would have to go inactive soon. ( This week on wards ) as for the farming that was my last hurrah before I leave for a while to come. Dont worry about it this is just another thing thats come up that reflects badly on ag as an alliance.

Reflect badly? Lmao. Why would you post a surrender that far back? You still could have been having fun yet you chose to leave and join another alliance in your empire. You say now onwards you have to go inactive, you should have stayed in the war as long as possible and just
NOW go on vaca.
