I frankly am so tired at having to explain this that I have a new policy....from this point forward failure to surrender as we have REPEATEDLY explained and then complaining about being hit will result in permanent status on our hit list ....no exceptions

They should also remember to deny people over msn too then. As we all know, with regards to Gunz post there....saying and doing are two VERY different things...

Firstly, don't trust FUALL they send people after you once you have surrendered and brake their promises not to mention that half of the 'current' fuall are their for their tag protection, nevertheless im not doubting their strength in their hay day.
secondly, the forum seems to be over run by FUALL people, its bias basically and forum favours fuall any one who openly agressives against fuall find them selves on the other foot

I don't know who you are Bob, but allow me to give you a quick education.

1. Those in FUALL who were there for the tag protection (and I'm honest enough to admit there were some) have left. lol TTF can confirm this.
2. This forum is not over run by FUALL people. There are special rules for this war and various people on both sides have been banned. Additionally two TTF people have just been made mods while at least one FUALL mod has resigned. Over run, hardly.
3. Forum aka Jason aka The Supreme Boss of the game, does not favour FUALL. I'd say he favours those who end up going to the admin meetings, which given a random selection of who 'hangs out' in IRC is not FUALL.
4. Anyone who disagrees with ANY alliance can find themselves attacked ingame because of their forum views. This is not FUALL specific. I'd suggest you go ask TLE some of their practices, for example.
5. FUALL does not send anyone after you once you have surrendered, if you are following the terms you agreed to. If you are not, then that's a different matter. The current terms do allow legitimate naq hits.
6. Try being polite when dealing with Deni and/or GunZ. You will be amazed at how far that gets you, especially if you try it from the beginning.

The proceedure to surrender isn't any different from TTF one, the terms are. At the moment it just seems a bit chaotic 'cos we are currently going through and dotting the i's and crossing the t's to make sure that the genuine surrenders have been accepted and noted.

So pretty much if you posted an 'I surrender' post earlier in the thread, and it wasn't directly confirmed, then I'd politely bring it up again and request confirmation or instructions about anything you need to do.

If you are incorrectly massed then don't go howling on the forum about it 'cos you aren't likely to get much sympathy, instead approach those who can deal with it within the alliance that did it. Crying on the forum is hardly going to endear you to anyone after all, unless you are trying to make a political point... which will probably be overlooked.

GunZ and Deni and REK are busy people but they are the only one's handling the surrenders so as to avoid confusion if someone else says okay. So be patient and polite. Alternatively read this offer and take TheWay up on it - viewtopic.php?f=101&t=129989

UMMMM BOB. You have been registered on this forum for 3-1/2 years and have only 5 posts.
You hardly qualify as an authority on this forum . I assume you are someones multi or just another coward who plays under one name and posts under another.
You have no clue how FUALL operates so please do not spew on about things above your pay grade.

We welcome your input ...just please DO try to speak to what you know.

Well if Jack stays a mod doing what he's doing- I'm not giving any more money to this site. I suggest you all do the same thing. My X dollars a week may not hurt them but if we all cut the money off maybe they will.

protection from what being attacked by the whole server ... and the forum is run by anti fuall people may we are out numbered 2 to 1 so go figure how people anti fuall seem to be banning there own people ...hmmmmmmmmmmmm :-D

If you have a problem with a moderator the proper procedure is to take it up with the obudsman, posting in a thread where it has absolutely no relevance will have very little effect as the people who need to see it cannot.

If you feel strongly about the above statement, i suggest you speak with Pianomutt.

If the mods decide this belongs in another place, so be it. I feel it deserves it's own place...

Well Over a week ago…I offered Robe, leader of The Legion and titular head of all TTF a holiday cease-fire.

Those of Jewish, Hindu, Islam, and Christian faiths all have major days of observance coming soon. I unilaterally offered a 3-4 week respite. I also offered that this period would give all sides time to discuss the war and it's direction without hostilities ...

As of today…Robe says not enough time has been given for a decision…

Not enough time???? Not enough time has been given to say yes to taking time from the war and observing the holiday and religious season???

I think a full week was more than enough time for fair-minded people to see the value in such a thing. I offered this as a holiday period of peace in keeping with the meaning of the season …not as a tactic or strategy….but it appears TTF is still cloistered considering the upside or downside of such a thing.. rather than thinking of their members and their families.

I am a fair-minded person. I offered ---in the spirit of the coming season to give everyone a bit of time away from the drudgery of war for a bit, so we could spend time on other more important things….

alas, it was not accepted.

I do not know why they reject such an offer …ask them, OR your leaders. I assume they were asked...

If your leaders were not told…. then maybe your leaders are not seen as equals in TTF …and that may give you even [b]more[/b] to think on.

I now retract the offer, and I am sorry it was not accepted.

We do have patience…but enough time has passed. Clearly the leadership of TTF does not desire a holiday cease-fire.

So be it ....OE will not ask twice.
