The fact he ran to PPT within seconds, and I managed to not only repair, sab and train AC in about 20seconds within him running at me, I seized up slighting, should of been 10seconds, 0d and AC'd You hit PPT before I could AC

There is no doubt you won that round..... But I have no problem losing stuff to take you down. Just as i lost first round to Rudy the other day. But i took him down right after in a 2nd round. Might be the same for you. Yes i knew ETL, and Hux were online and i still attempted. I seen my defense gone so yes i PPT'd. Having over 500mil weapons it was the smartest thing to do and anyone would have done what i did. But how many would attempt what I have?

Also my losses were about 200mil UU with Merc..... But Hux also lost 150mil UU with Merc

You took Rudy down when he went offline, just like my def will fall when I'm offline, I'm almost positive of that.

Could my mistake be doing it while you were online? Or the fact that a repair was a little later then it should have been.... Or was it you AB'd a CRAP load

All were contributing facts, but I was over the plague and that decreases AB chances and increases losses, you just didnt committ well enough, or repair fast enough - I'm on the defensive, so I'm already at the advantage, you took that advantage away by being on PPT with war/war already set with the element of surprise. The biggest mistake you made (what I'll give away) is surprise, if you bought your attack/trained it faster and came at me quicker, no doubt I wouldn't of caught on, I had you on refresh every 30seconds checking every now and then and noticed the huge sum out and knew you was training so I was sat here ready to repair and counter.
