Alliance PPT is an ingame function and does not cost $. You used $ PPT to run and hide before you got your hinney handed to you.

Let me tell you a story of dollar PPT. Long ago during the last TAF vs Mayhem war, feri and I had war/war with Bioflick. We had been waiting for him to drop PPT all week as he had built really big stats. Finally on Friday night, he ran out of PPTs and we began a two day online battle where he would temp PPT after 30 second quick battles. He would drop, fight, go back on, drop again, fight, go back on, each time building up to plague. That was annoying temp PPT usage.

Da Bait and High Empty should be proud. They fought hard in an online battle and war/war kicked my behind. Don't sully that success. I was lucky to save the majority of my spies and I was unlucky that I didn't have enough troops to ac high empty back after removing his defense (and after a quick PPT of his own could not mass him for a fourth time yesterday). There wasn't much to retaliate on Da Bait's account as he massed with 0 defense, but hey, my multi massed him earlier with a tiny defense and in the end, they knocked me down. I could not get repairs in against two fast massers. It was good fun all around

My point is dollar PPTs are rampant. I run into at least one almost every night I'm fighting, not to mention all the alliance PPTs, regular PPTs, or like Rob3rt yesterday, using multiple alliance PPTs to rebuild just to blow up on me again and again.

Nothing to mass... almost everyone on ppt, so i ppt/ed, btw math if you want me to fight more, make your dogs build something worth my time
