The President's Trophy belongs to the Sharks this year. Detroit's schedule is much more difficult than the Sharks, and Boston's too far back. Sorry guys. 8)

Earendil wrote:No, not really.

The Sharks will fold as they always do, I'll say, perhaps make it to the second round, their depth sucks and won't last. And if they play the Preds in he first round, the Sharks will go out in 5, maybe 6 games.

Ya, they can't stay healthy. Every other game they lose a forward. And every second round they realize they play in San Jose, a city with no snow or ice, and choke. But hey, they've been able to hold on, haven't imploded yet, and Nabokov got a month long break their so hopefully things will change.

Detroit and Calgary are beasts; but, if the Shark's get the top seed then they should only have to face one of them. As far as the Predators are concerned, I'm not so sure they'll make the playoffs. They have a brutal schedule, compared to anaheim's; and, edmonton will play 5 of their 6 games at home to finish the season. Just some food for thought.

I'm not a fan of any hockey team in the NHL and I don't watch it but I do remember going to a game when I was small. I don't know the team's name in San Diego (if I remember I think it was Gulls) but the game was fun. I even got a hockey puck signed by a player. Don't know if I still have it though. Bloody thing was cold as hell.

Remembering back, I did love it when people got slammed against the walls. I even laughed when one got slammed up right in front of me. 8) who hoo. Thank god my sister's friend paid for the tickets. :-D

lol i remember for my birthday, a long time ago, I went to a hockey game in San Francisco. One of the players played the whole game without a helmet, and the home team won in a shoot out.
