lets see where to start,
not that i feel the need to vindicate my actions to anyone other than the owner of the game itself who gave me the permission ot take over chat.

This all started when TLE thought they could do whatever they wanted on the network and got banned for it. i only mentioned the topic be locked,moved, whatever because it doesnt belong in the section it was in. allthough i think thats another thread since i think theres like 3 similiar threads like this.

I love working you guys up balor(severain, whatever u want to be called these days) When i first mentioned chat would be moving you were one of my best supporters and now your all against me. go figure

Yes i did break and abuse my power when i forced myself into the tl channel to confront you. There i admitted i was wrong happy now? Looking back in hindsight i shouldnt have done that but in the heat of the moment i though it needed to be done.

as for all your posts about yesterday what was said in #tl, i cant deny the fact i said it its there in black and white, what is failed to mentioned that everyone was playing and i simply threw that out there in jest as i stated further down in balors post that he took out of context as me saying it after the fact.

listen if im so unjust then why havnt i just banned the entire lot to avoid all this crap coming at me? its totally within my power to drop all your nicks and forbid your chanels but yet im still invited into the tl channel and talk there often, for that matter most of TL are still in the main channel, hell ive even made one of your own an ircop hopefully to help this situation and that was of my own doing as everyone on the irc team was totally against it.

Its like i said in another post,
No matter who is in power or what the rules were or are, people allways complain about that person or people.

to nuto:
the logs u spoke of that u wanted from me, was to try and get rid of whitey and put me and yourself in controll of chat. so you just made yourself look like a fool.

to balor:
mate we have allways been friends(least i thought we were) cant we just let bygones be bygones and go back to being friends?

last point:
since sgw chat moved to whiteys server i have always run chat everyone knows that, only difference now is i have the access to actually run chat.
I have tried to change the rules to accommodate everyone(removed the masking rules relaxed some others) in hopes of attracting more people then we used to have.

You could call it No Homers.

i dont have a problem with homer, even thoug we dont see eye to eye on many things we manage to get along usualy, sure he sometimes wants to gline me and he does, but sonner or later he misses me too much so he lets me back up.

I was just stateting the above "dialog" as an example of how you cant go by the rules. Rules are there to "guide" and if you have the power to make a rule, that doesnt mean you should. Each rule has to be necesary else it serves no purpose.

hmm.....i never really had any problems with u besides that thing like 2 weeks ago? got sorted out. there are still irc ops that i will ignore what they say-they know who they are...only 1 thing bothers me.

that you and cait ban't be kicked off TL channel. It might be true that you don't care what we talk in there, but still, our channel is in a way compromised,not safe at all. I don't say ur not welcome in #TL or something,hell I needed u yesterday and u took time and u helped me with stuff,but I don't like the fact that you can't be kicked out. Ur welcome in it and u know it but when it's time for confidentall matters inside TLE we make it secure but there are still 2 guys in that put a risk to compromising our channel. that's all. no offense.

Why would I want to take over chat? I know next to nothing about the inner workings of IRC.

The goal was to remove the pedophile from the server and prove to Forum that she had no place on the server at all. But if you had of given over those logs, they would have also showed yourself as a pervert, due to what was going on in the chat rooms back then.

the pedo u speak of for those of us that know was glined long before u came looking for logs(alas i no longer have any of our pm's(lucky for you) since i have recently reformatted) i seem to remeber u asking me "how would u like to be admin of chat?" and "i need logs to prove that sexual stuff is going on in chat"(prolly not her exact words, was a long time ago and i dont remeber exact words) thats when i said "i wouldnt betray whitey with providing logs". Then that terible flash chat pops up and low and behold who is an admin there? Pretty sure it was some guy named EtL and a few forum mods named Nuto_vixen and a couple others. Wasnt me now was it?

besides didnt u quit the game like ages ago? do u really have no life that u need to still troll the sgw forums and post crap about what u have no intrest or recent information on the subject matter at all.

ooh and yes if being of a frank and sexual nature with adults(yes i said adults and to me thats anyone over the age of 18)on irc makes me a pervert.... well then i guess im a pervert but then so are 90% of the people on the internet. and if u actually spent any time in any chat room(and not trolling forums, but hell i can find that kind of activity here also) u would see that what any of us did back in the day(beacuse it was a very long time ago since u havnt been on irc, in well over a year that i can think of) was totally internet acceptable behavior.

besides we used to be decent friends untill that time when i wouldnt supply u those logs to prove that chat was a very sexual place, since thats what your posts were about back then when u were trying to get chat shut down. since that day u havent spoke to me since. so dont come to the forums and try to talk on issues that u have no clue on whats going on.

Lies again. Whitey had nothing to be worried about. He was under 18 at the time and didn't know better. You on the other hand would have been crucified if people had of actually seen what you were typing to minors. There is of course the other fact that Forum would have drop-kicked your sorry behind out of that chat and hopefully never let you back into it ever again. But lets brush that under the carpet and pretend it never happened to convince others of your "Oper" qualities...

The Flash chat was erected by Forum, and ALL of the forum mods were mods on there. That was the entire point, to make it more of a forum chat community. You were NOT a forum mod at that stage, thus you had no power.

This happened with people aged between 14 - 18, (unless you are talking about the pedo who was about 29 or something at the time)so claiming they were all over 18 is a blatant lie... Again.

yes i have a life as a matter of fact i work 40 sometimes more hours a week at work. i also jhave a social life, so to say i sit in irc all day is a lie ...but whatever

yes im turning 39 this year thank you. and so are alot of other people playing this game. i believe its robe who is alot older than that... suppose shes a pedo too, and too old to play games with people 1/3 her gae as u put it.
secondly i think jason said in one of our convos hes around my age, so him creating a game that attracts kids between the age or 14-18 as u have put it, makes him a pedo too? Im sure i can think of more "older" people playing this game if i thought hard enough.....meh not worth my time.

secondly Cyber sex ? come on be real. i can get people who used to be around back then that are still around today that will attest that there was no cyber sex going on. some sexually frank language and innuendos ...yes ill admit that but to say we were having cyber sex is a little over the top.

secondly i am not ashamed of anything i have done on the internet.
i let what was not meant to be used out of context to prove ones just point about chat and have it shut down, used against chat. I told u then this and i say the same thing now. i did not need to save my own butt. And what happened was between 2 people that i never saw act incorrectly on any channel i was in. what they did in a pm or msn or anywhere else isnt for us to decided upon.

on the point with the age. who the hell cares about if someone is 18 or 40 when you just can talk with them about normal and ingame stuff? same for the game. where the hell is the rule that ppl older then 30 arnt allowed to be around?
