If anyone thinks that they seem to get a random act of peace from me in the next few days, well it's not exactly random. I thought i was setting all my war declarations to Neutral, but I did in fact actually set ALL my relations to Neutral.

However, it still shows 300+ people at peace with me but they are infact at Neutral with me so i'm just going through that list to re-declare peace. So i'm not one of those 'random acts of peace'.
