i would imagine they wont sue you (if they do) for haveing the same type of game with the theme, but the fact you made your game near identical, expecialy the layout. and you used imaged from sgw on your site

plus the market looks the same.
you also have ascention, which is the same as sgw.
you even used the 100k g & r to ascend

Oh and you have copied SGW, even if you are 16 and even if you do know how to make games like that yourself, why is there a lot of similarities to SGW? If you're that good you can make a game that's completely different.
