Mmm..I couldn't get past the part where they went to some dudes Ghost manor, it felt like fillers and killed it for me.

unfortunately that seems to be quite the case
which is a shame, because, childish as it may be, One Piece can be very serious (especially atm in the manga), and is probably my favourite series (even better than Naruto and Bleach) as its powers ad stuff, while equally ridiculous are more interesting and have a better mechanic to them than the others
