a spammer is someone who's spamed in the temple, an active spammer is someone who spams in the temple all the time(like, every day or so), an inactive spammer is someone who use to spam actively but doesnt spam anymore for whatever reasons.

inactive spammer is not an exclusionary term, it simply means that spammer isnt active much anymore. alex is a semi-active spammer, usually inactive. what he's trying to enforce requires him to be an active spammer, as well as to have the support of other active and semi-active spammers. these are things he's not, and things he cant do. which is why i said what i said.

Zekk, I honestly don't have the will to continue arguing with you about something you have no say in.

I will point out one last thing, then I'm done. Here you are saying we disbanded the third, you obviously got that information 2nd hand. Had you read the actually thread, which I'm sure you can find somewhere I told osi and appy that it wasn't happening, that the third wasn't disbanded, I also said it countless times to them over msn...

Secondly, you say Jack is a leader of the temple, that he is keeping people within the guidelines.. That is BS and hopefully you know it. Spacey and other mods keep the rules and the spammers in check, not Jack. So before you off all high and mighty defending him calling him a great leader point out what he has done that is so great. Secondly, this isn't just the third. Read the title, it says THE FACTIONS... Not THE THIRD FACTION. Get it?

Sure, if you don't want your forth faction around thats your choice, but don't be a hippocrite. By hippocrite I mean here we are doing our thing, you come in with a bunch of BS and Jack, then you call us dictators, while YOU try to tell us we can't do what we want. Classy.

Edit, just saw your activity post, Sorry to rain on your parade, but spamming in the spam temple isnt the only way to be active. If you have noticed (which I can only pray you have) there are other sections.

the point was you people as the third faction members are the only ones doing this. osi and appy disbanding, you appy and ishy reinstating. you guys can do whatever the hell you want with the activity of your third faction, but (oh boy, here it comes) you have no say in the matters of the first second or fourth. and again, the factions never left anyway. you can find a nice little sticky in the temple of the factions as style definitions, written by me and set in stone by spacey and squish.

read what i said a few hundred more times and maybe you'll actually get it. here's a clue: i said jack is the medium between spammer and mod, he is both while being neither, he is a representative of the temple, a voice of the people(as ombudsman, this applies to spammers and non-spammers alike)...and again, since when did you appy or ishy have anything to do with the other factions?

im telling you that you have no right to decide the actions of the other factions, nor to enforce the factions as standerds people must follow. both of which your trying to do, this makes you someone whos trying to be a dictator of other peoples actions. suck on that.

spam belongs in the temple, if you spam outside the temple your a rule breaker and deserve punishment, and thus not a spammer. a spammer is someone who spams within the rules of the temple, and within the temple. so again, read what i said a few hundred more times. maybe you'll get it eventually.

it seems to me that both sides are at loggerheads on the whole "stop telling everyone what to do" arguement

Jack, your use of "my spammers" can be seen as being a bit arrogant (i try not to see it as such but the fact remains that it provokes others)

Alex, you do appear to infuriate others quite a lot, this doesn't endear you to others and is the reason for the whole "your not a part of the community" thing


what we need now, is to discuss how the factions and the current system should work without conflicting with each other too much.

As Zekk said, the factions should remain as a kind of lifestyle choice, not demanding respect from each individual, but rather respect as part of our history, nay our heritage as spammers on this forum

Zekk, I'm only gonna respond to the very first thing you said because the rest quiet frankly is just to funny to be serious about.

You keep saying that I keep saying that it doesn't concern you. It doesn't. It was neither a discussion or poll. It was an anoucement. << See that? It's a period.

It's like watching the news and screaming at the TV Zekk, it doesn't make a difference and you if you reread what I originally sad, YOU HAVE NO SAY IN IT.

1 last little thing Jack, I have been checking on the forums regularly, just because I don't post in the temple doesn't mean I never come and read.
I've said that to you before and obviously you don't believe it. So it really doesn't matter anymore...

Secondly if you were really oh so great with "YOUR" community (stroking your own ego much?) you would know that you and your friends aren't accepting.

You say over and over again, how its myself that wouldn't fit in and I'm not willing... Yet jack, here you are outside YOUR temple (yea right, your temple lol) trying to DICTATE what goes on. I stated clearly to you over MSN and im sure somewhere in the begening of the thread I wasn't looking to force factions onto anyone. Simply that they were back.

However your unwillingness to coexist makes you come here and continuesly say I'm forcing them on people.

i believe it may be worth mentioning something.

I dont have a problem with alex as a person. and i get along with jack okay too. so i offered to try and mediate the situation, however Alex refused and followed it with "i screw with jack for fun." that came from an MSN convo on the 4th of February. (3rd maybe, depends on your timezone.)

tempers are running very high at the moment. but that doesnt excuse us all for our actions.

I don't know how to take this. What I posted was something I spoke for myself. The context of this is the dispute at hand, but to call me blind to the issue? I think, out of everyone here, I am the most impartial. My vision is quite good thank you.

My post doesn't talk about bring back factions or any of that information. Vital or not my post is not speaking to that, and I though I made that clear in it. I only spoke to my definition of something. If I state my definition, my belief, and how I feel about something, how does that make me blind to these issues?

Regardless of these issues I still hold those beliefs, they are not specific to this dispute.

No harm done Jack. I wasn't insulted and you don't need to apologize to me; it is a small thing, not enough to get worked up about, and honestly due to miscommunication on both sides/factions/groups.
